I think this company is a scam! Don't shop here! The pic is what I got completely different from what I ordered! Color is right but style nothing like the one I picked!

As everyone else has been writing, this company is a fraud. I ordered 3 suits from them on May 19, and I still do not have them. USPS has not received the package in Brooklyn, NY since May 25? I am going to turn them in as fraudulent on my credit card. I can't even send them an email; they have the service shut down. I hope that everyone that has been treated this way turns them in as being frauds! Get them OFF the internet! I hate being cheated.
I have already filed a fraud complaint with my bank and the AG's office in MA. They take money for product they claim is delayed by their supplier... they even charge for express shipping when they have no product. When confronted with my complaints via their email they said product shipped but they had no tracking number, no estimated delivery date... it is a stall. This company should be shut down. Do not order from them. You will have to report the fraud to your bank and to the consumer division of your state AG office.
The reviews on horribly customer service are right on. I couldn't tell you if my bathing suits fit or not because months later I still don't have them. I did get the USPS "tracking information" - they print the label ONLY and then send you an email to make you think it's on the way. My label has been in creation for about 2 weeks now. If you email customer service you get a canned reply that it's on the way. HORRIBLE!

Waited 3 weeks for a bathing suit. When it finally arrived the fit was horrendous. The top was too big and the bottoms were super small. I tried to get in touch with customer service for information on how to return the item and no one has gotten back to me. I emailed them 4 different times. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! Would give 0 stars if I could.
They create a shipping label but don't actually send you anything. It's a total scam. I'm trying to get my money back through paypal.
We didn't care for the quality of the three swimsuits we ordered. After emailing them to ask how we can return the suits, they said that we have to pay for shipping and that the time and money are worth more than the suits. They asked if we wanted to keep them, try to sell them and they would give us 30% off another suit. The suits had no tags and seemed homemade and didn't fit properly.
Lesson learned... always pay attention to reviews.
Product takes way too long to deliver. The website states the order takes 1-2 days to process, then 1-3 to ship. With FREE standard delivery there would be an additional 7-12 days. Then due to covid add another possible 15 days. Well I have been waiting 37 BUSINESS days ( that is 56 calendar days) and still don't have my suits, the tracking shows they haven't even arrived into New York yet!.
Customer service keeps telling me "they are on the way". Maybe I'll have them before winter hits... Horrible
The sizing is completely OFF! Wish I had researched further... like sitejabber site. I ordered 3 swimsuits and reading the reviews on their site I sized up. I'm usually a M and also thinking there made in China. 1 large suit hardly fit my sister who usually wears xs or s. It took FOREVER to get and sent an email for returns as stated and can't get an answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Ordered 7 suits for my daughter and I, none fit. Packages came from a US address but the return is to China. Shipping and tracking costs are the same as my refund would be. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from this company.
I ordered 3 bathing suits because stores were closed. I read a lot of bad reviews. However I received all 3 and I am happy with the quality and you can't beat the price. They are swamped and you won't get them right away. Allow up to a month.
The confirmation email said Standard shipping (7-12 days), which is different from what their website says at the time of order. Did not receive the order or even another email from them after 12 biz days. Tried contacting. No phone number. Emailed. No response. Nothing! Scam! Beware!
I ordered 3 swimsuits for my daughter on May 1st and just received then today (May 20) The suits are an ok Quality but not completely what was pictured. One has a navy top pictured with navy striped bottoms in a brief cut but the bottom are black stripes and you can't tell the front from the back they are so skimpy. Like I said they are just ok
I ordered 3 pieces May 19,2020. I have yet to receive them. I know we have a pandemic and short on transportation, blah, blah, blah!
This company is out of Shanghai and could care less when customers receive their orders. I will NEVER order from this company.

It has been one month since my order was confirmed. I still cannot track the order and they have not responded to my 5 e-mails looking for answers. But it does indicate that my order is passed the window for returns. That is a joke! I have not received anything as of yet. THEY ARE CROOKS. Do NOT order from their website. Terrible customer service. They use PayPal so they can hide.
I placed an order on May 10th and have yet to receive it. They told me that it had been shipped but when I try to use the tracking number provided, but only states that a label was created. There is no other shipping information. This crap company actually tried to blame my slow shipping on George Floyd being killed. Don't waste your time!
We paid an extra 6.99 to have so we could receive our order in 5-7days, and it took a month and a half to receive it. The quality and workmanship is like someone made it in their garage. And the colors of the swimsuits were very faded, nothing like the pics in the advertisements. Their return policy is 7 days and you have to send it to china, the shipping cost $27. I disputed it through paypal and it looks like i will get a refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
I normally read review before purchasing but stupid me was in need of a bathing suit and they had some i really liked. Needless to say i am still waiting on my purchase. Do not bother with this site!
Update: May 31 - My product, ordered April 29th, still has not even shipped. They told me more than a week ago "it's now in USPS' hands" but that's nothing more than a lie. They "created a label," but the order has not been delivered to the postal service. Buyer beware, for sure. They took my money; I have literally nothing but frustration to show for it.
I placed an order on April 28th, which was three weeks ago, and it hasn't shipped yet. 8 days ago, 2 weeks after placing the order, I wrote to their customer service to ask why. The response was: "I'm really sorry for the delay in shipping your order this is because our supplier is experiencing huge backlogs due to these styles being very popular at the moment. We have received the order today and will ship it to you within the next day or two." It still hasn't shipped. I have emailed them again yesterday (I waited one week after the initial email inquiry) and today, but they are now not even emailing me back to make excuses about why it hasn't even shipped yet. They are just simply ignoring me.
I notice that all the other negative reviews are very recent. I'm thinking my money is probably just gone at this point. Wish I'd looked them up before ordering!
It didn't only take 2 1/2 months and getting PayPal involved for me to get one bathing suit but also have NO customer service. Will NEVER order from this site again. I tried contacting them several times even asking for refund, and the one reply I got from them, they stated that they have sent the other items... I ONLY ordered ONE item... and NO they didn't send any other items by mistake they just lied... NEVER AGAIN
I recently ordered 2 bathing suits and a cover up from this company. The suits are not great quality and the coverup is VERY odd shaped. I tried to reach customer service via email various times for over a week and still have not had a response. I paid too much money for this crap!:~{
Quality of the swimsuits is very poor. Have been attempting to return swimsuits. Company requires you to contact their customer service site. Delayed response from customer service. No shipping label provided. Company customer service site will not even provide an address to return the swimsuits. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I placed an order for 3 swimsuits for my daughter on May 8. I got an email stating my order had shipped on May 18. USPS still says the package hasn't been brought to them, and my attempts to get a reply from customer service as to when I can expect my order have been completely ignored. So frustrating!
I bought 3 bathing suits in a size large. When they arrived and I took them out of the package and held them up they appeared to be a large in pre-teens and not an adult large. I reached out to them and they told me I would be responsible for the return shipping because they sent me the right size. They also told me that the return process would be wasting my time and money, but didn't bother considering that sending me 3 bathing suits that a teenager could fit after taking my money was wasting my time and money in the first place!
