Ordered a butler for my Ann summers party. They took the deposit and said butler would call two hours before he comes. Never received a call and wasn't able to get hold of the agency. All the girls attending had chipped in for the butler but he never turned up. I have emailed, text and called the agency but they will not answer. AVOID! Reporting them for fraud.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Total rip off. Booked a stripper for my partners surprise 30th birthday party an nobody showed up, after numerous phone calls an messages left still nobody has got back to me an refunded my deposit. Totally ruined what was ment to be a night full of surprises. This scaming company will not be running for very long as I will be doing my best to have the robbing bast#rds shut down n made sure they can't re open there shambles of a business in any other name.

I book a stripper for my brother birthday noone called, noone showed up. I have gone to action fraud and is waiting for a reply back. I have gone to the police also. Apparently he been doing it for 20 years! We must stop them! Honestly this Dominic guy is a fraud man and must be stopped! I have been robbed of 45 pound and he is currently ignoring my calls.

Utter joke, they sent us the wrong stripper a day early, then said that they didnt have the right stripper for our booking that we made a month prior. Left us in the lurch making frantic phone calls to other stripper companies the day of the stag do. Then still havn't paid back our deposit from early July. JOKE. Waste of time oh and the stripper called Chantel sent some rather abusive text messages because she wasn't happy her agency had sent her to our house on the wrong day. Useless company do not use

Booked a male stripper for a gay birthday event... Took money and confirmed booking... on the day stripper arrived an hour late and refused to take part as he "didnt do gay" - it was also not the correct stripper from the photos we had been sent and asked to chose from. The company never answered the phone once to us and didnt return any of our 20+ calls - they would only reply via email. It took 13 days for a full refund and no apologies or compensation for ruining the birthday

The mud wrestlers didn't turn up. Big, big let down. Don't spoil your event by booking through these.

Do not touch this company. They are rip off artists in every sense of the word. We booked them they took deposit gave us a load of flannel, the act apparently cancelled and we at last minute had to book somebody else and we have not got our deposit back of them. Dominic the guy who apparently takes the bookings was on Watchdog and his real name is Tony. I asked for their head office details etc he provided them guess what no such number exists. Contacting the police and solicitor as this is FRAUD KEEP AWAY DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THEM

These people ruined my partners birthday took a £40 deposite and never showed up. They must be stopped

I hired 'casanova' for my twin sisters hen do last saturday as a surprise... i had arranged for all the females in our family and our friends to come round to see the stripper and all of them had chipped in to help me pay for him. I paid a deposit of £40 weeks before and had emails from this agency confirming all the details. The night before i had a text from casanova asking if I could change the time... me and all the girls were going for a meal after... but he needed to be on a party bus at the same time he was supposed to be at mine. There was no way I could change so he said he would sort something and get back to me... this never happened. So in the morning tried ringing. No answer phoned jr agency and they said to email them and I would get a response. The response was that they would get back to me soon. About 10 times i was told to email them.The man at the agency I spoke to on the phone didnt once apologise just kept asking what I wanted them to do? I said I wanted what I had paid for he said this wasnt possible... I cant help but wonder what we had paid a deposit for if them man you choose isnt available! In the mean time I had a called off another stripper saying he would come to do it. He seemed lovely however was not what I had paid for. However I agreed as i was now panicking as it was nearing to 4pm and people were arriving at 6! I then phoned the agency to see if they had a man more like what we had paid for available... i never got a phone call back to confirm details of the new stripper or to confirm he was coming. The man at jr agency was very rude and couldnt understand why i was so mad! It was just the lack of customer service and care from the company and also the lack of communication! The stripper who arrived was lovely and we had such a laugh however I was promised a 25 minute performance. He stayed 10 minutes! I will never use them again.

We arranged for male stripper Fabio to attend our charity event last night. The deposit was paid and this was booked weeks ago. Our stripper was suppost to call us 2 hours prior to the event and did not. We had a drag act from another company who provided free entertainment and tried to keep the girls going. I was panicking and phoning the company and numbers given to me and emailing to get no reply. By the time ten o clock came we had to face facts the stripper was not coming. I felt sick to the stomach having to explain to all the girls that had bought charity tickets to help us with this event. I was still not contacted in office hours this morning when I finally got through I was not even given an appology and told they would have to ask the stripper if he didnt turn up and if he confirmed it I might get my deposit back. I was livid how blase Dominic was about it all and actually did say have you any idea how I f######g felt I paid for a professional service this is as far as I got, before he hung up and would not answer their phone calls from me and I got a snotty email saying I will not be dealt with at all on the phone only email as I was abusive. I admit I should not of said that one swear word but I had gone through all that and did not even get an apology or guarantee of the deposit back. This place is disgraceful I will be taking legal advice and I am waiting for the police to come and speak with me. I think this is a company that are committing fraud.

I booked a male stripper for a hen party as a surprise for the hen and everyone there, i asked before i paid a deposit that they would be able to arrive as a police officer, so the hen could answer the door and so on. They assured me that this would be ok and so i picked one of the two options i had been given of the men, i also gave some extra details for the event and was told everything would be ok. On the day a man the total opposite to either of the pictures i was given to choose from turned up. He was dressed in his own clothes and hadn't been told anything i had arranged, the surprise i had planned was ruined and i had to sneak him into the bathroom to get changed. I did expect more than a pair of Asda price boxers for £135.00, the man himself was lovely and it wasn't his fault the agency is so unorganized. I will in the future make sure i never got through this agency again.
