We have been duped by this fake company.They would provide u all the Registration which are genuine.However, they would provide u customers which are far away till 50 km range and they won't give u customers phone no. Once u delay for 1 minute also they will say u re late, customers left and many such excuse. Finally they will tell u its a breach of contract so they won't refund ur amount. Be carefull guys.Such a waste of time and money with these Thief.

My journey with this franchise has been filled with disappointments and challenges, and I believe it is crucial to shed light on the discrepancies between the promises made during their enticing pitch and the harsh reality I faced after investing.

Misleading Promises and Disappointing Reality:
When I was initially introduced to "Klean Basket," they painted a rosy picture of complete support, assistance in hiring staff, and a guaranteed minimum monthly revenue of 25,000 to 30,000 rupees. They even mentioned a refund option if the partnership didn't work out. However, the actual experience was far from these promises. The support was lacking, and the training provided was minimal, leaving me and my staff ill-prepared to handle the operations effectively.

Inadequate Support and Transparency:
Despite the initial claims of strong backend support, I encountered significant challenges. The leads provided for potential customers were incomplete and often far from my location, resulting in extensive travel and unrealistic expectations. Poor communication and unclear directions wasted valuable time and resources. The supposed "complete support" turned out to be non-existent when I needed it the most.

Unresponsive and Rude Representatives:
In my attempts to seek assistance from the company representative named Vikas, I was met with rudeness and uncooperativeness. His dismissive attitude compounded my difficulties, making it evident that the company's commitment to its franchisees was questionable at best.

Hidden Terms and Restrictions:
To make matters worse, I discovered a hidden clause in the contract - a 10-month lock-in period that was never explicitly mentioned during the pitch. This clause severely restricted my ability to exit the partnership without incurring losses.

Caution for Potential Investors:
Based on my experience, I strongly urge anyone considering investing in "Klean Basket" or similar franchises to exercise caution. Here are some essential factors to consider:
1. Scrutinize Promises: Thoroughly evaluate the promises made during pitches and insist on written documentation.

A Strong Warning:
In conclusion, I want to emphasize that my experience with "Klean Basket Private Limited" has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. As I reflect on my own investment, I deeply regret trusting this franchise, and I implore you to learn from my experience and avoid falling into the same trap.

Please don't invest in thi company. I invested 60,000 approx amount and their staff members are not cooperative at all...they will disturb you mentally and provide you lead which are not genuine at all...you will have to bear petrol and other expenses of your own...at the end you will be in loss...they will give you warning basis affidavit terms and conditions and this is in very detail you can't find it and everything will be in favour of company you won't be able to take any decision and you will loose your entire money...I have lost it was my bad experience but want to advice please don't invest.

Clean Basket company told us that they will not allot another franchisee within 60 km radius of you. Even if you allot, you will be given a return form once that you will be able to work. If we are able to work then the company will not allot. If we deny that you can allot another franchisee, then only the franchisee will allot.We were told that the company will get you work of 30 to 35 thousand monthly.The company has done so much mental harassment regarding the service of 7:00 in the morning.90% of leads are fake and 90% of leads are repeated by these people!.If anyone wants to do it, then do your own work, but don't work with the company's Klean basket, the company will get the work done for ₹ 500 and we will not save a single rupee.

They are a bunch of thug companies. They will stop receiving your calls after receiving the franchise fees. And all of a sudden they will inform you that the service has been terminated. Don't believe them at all.
