After ordering a folding dovetail blade I've received the regular dovetail blade. I've been sending emails to kmtools for weeks now to ask for a solution since I got the wrong blade delivered. They do not respond to any of the mails. I even tried contacting them on Instagram and no response there as well.
KM Tools shipped products through UPS who claimed they delivered it on 6:41 30 Dec 22. I shared my security footage for the day (Arlo) that shows no UPS delivery. KM tools did submit a claim but never resent the products. UPS said they delivered them but provided no proof. I was home (Army Retired). This my first dispute with any company over a delivery so I guess I'm fortunate at that level. However, I am very disappointed KM Tools didn't stand up for me (their customer). Tough and costly experience. Buyer - Beware
