I regret to express my dissatisfaction with knowband. Despite multiple payments for development services, their conduct has been untrustworthy, and I caution against placing trust in their practices… don't trust them as they try to cheat you while deleting your features and asking for more money… be careful

I purchased the Prestashop Mobile App builder module, and for reasons due to my client, I exceeded the assistance period by a few days; so when I buy a module, the service that should be included that is the insertion on the stores must be done no later than 3 months, otherwise they ask for more money.
That is, I paid, I could not finish the app in the order of 3 months and without even working on it for 20 seconds, you tell me that it is not convenient for you?
Your policy lacks clarity and transparency.

I do not recommend everyone buying modules from this developer, they pull as much money out of your pockets as possible without giving written clarity in the contracts.

I recently bought my 3rd PrestaShop module for my store from Knowband and like the others, this one too is absolutely stunning. Knowband is a genuinely supportive store that not only sells modules and gets over with it, the team continues to have your back when you need it while installing it, configuring it and letting it work seamlessly on the store. The customer support is commendable. :)|

I ordered Prestashop Social Loginizer plugin. I faced some issues with the configuration of API details and contacted the support team. They guided me really well. All of my issues were resolved on the spot. Thanks to Knowband.com.

We ordered a service, they said they will deliver in 3 weeks. Now 5 months has gone by, they ignore calls, they ignore messages, they never reply and ofcourse they never fix the issue.
We paid them 500 USD upront - no solution nor communication.
Run away from them!

Mi experiencia con los desarrolladores de la aplicación Knowband, en particular su producto "Prestashop Mobile App Builder", ha sido extremadamente decepcionante. Quiero compartir mi reseña negativa para advertir a otros usuarios sobre los problemas que he enfrentado.

El principal problema que he encontrado con esta aplicación es su dependencia de los desarrolladores para las actualizaciones. Cuando se produce una actualización importante de Android, la única opción es recurrir a Knowband para obtener la actualización necesaria. Esto crea una sensación de vulnerabilidad y dependencia que no debería ser necesaria en una aplicación de este tipo.

Además, el soporte técnico de Knowband ha demostrado ser ineficiente y costoso. Cada vez que he tenido un problema o necesitaba ayuda, he enviado varios tickets al soporte. Sin embargo, en lugar de recibir respuestas útiles y rápidas, me he encontrado con que me cobran importes diferentes cada vez. Esto es inaceptable y muestra una falta de transparencia por parte de la empresa.

Y lo último ha sido la falta de respuesta por parte del soporte técnico. Después de enviar un ticket, no he recibido ninguna respuesta o solución a mi problema, lo que demuestra una total falta de compromiso con sus clientes. Solo me piden que les pague 650€ para que puedan solventar lo de la actualización, cuando la app costo mucho menos.

En resumen, no recomendaría en absoluto la compra de la aplicación "Prestashop Mobile App Builder" de Knowband. La falta de actualizaciones independientes, los problemas con el soporte técnico y la falta de respuesta a los tickets son razones más que suficientes para buscar alternativas en lugar de invertir en esta aplicación. Personalmente, no volveré a comprar ningún tipo de módulo de esta tienda y aconsejo a otros usuarios que hagan lo mismo.

After 5 years of using Magento, knowband sold me by far the worst software I have ever used. I was actually insulting how bad it was once I started to find all the issues and how incomplete it was.

It was a hacky mess and their support were slow and lacked the required knowledge.

I left a product review on their website and they removed it.

I had to buy a solution from another company as they stopped replying to support tickets when they saw how many issues they sold me for $150.

I feel like I was the first very person to try and use the software. They refused to refund me even when I gave proof I had to buy another solution elsewhere.

I bought an expensive, ambitious module to solve prestashop checkout's shortcomings.

At first it worked, but soon there was an error message saying "update". The module would not update on my server. It also stopped saving any changes made from its own control panel.

Support was hard to find on the Knowband web site. You need the yellow balloon icon.
Refund requests have a different screen and are not replied to.
The support screens required a lot of FTP and logon details, but refused to save them, so I sent them in plain text, to allow them to try to solve the problem. Knowband support staff did manage to save individual changes on the module but not to make the "save" button work. I believe it is something to do with whether php is allowed to open files on a server, but they would not comment on that and pretended misunderstanding or obfuscation, asking for an on-screen video, and later closing the request attached because they said they'd already replied. I've asked for a refund for paypal.

If Knowband staff were allowed and encouraged to admit what their module cannot do, it would save a lot of their customers' time and their own reputation.

What you need to Know about Knowband.

First of all, if you pay Knowband, never use your credit card. As Kenji Law and Wong Keith said in the reviews, Knowband can save your mastercard/visa information in order to process unauthorized transaction. By illegal way, they use the saved data in order to charge you for "custom support" you didn't ask.

I try to spread the truth everywhere about Knowband, but it is very hard because they delete messages, and Prestashop supports them (financial interest).

You should know that Knowband is an Indian company. Therefore, it will be very hard to go to court if you have any problem with them. They are aware of this.

As far as we are concerned, Knowband broke our e-shop with many bugs. We had to start it from scratch. We lost about *******€ because of Knowband developers. We asked refund only for 1078€: this was for the missing job they didn't do yet. Even this small refund was refused.

We bought 5 plugins from them: preferred delivery time, loyalty points, store locator and pickup, shipping cost by zipcode, product availability check by zipcode, and infinite scroll. The plugins didn't work at the beginning (except for "infinite scroll"), so we had have to ask Knowband for developments (it is often like this with their plugins: you buy it and it doesn't work). You have to write many tickets in support, in order to resolve the problems. Unfortunately the work is so slow, and they add SO MANY BUGS in your website, this is amazing (cart not working, prices change by itself, payment method not working because of bugs, or because they forget to delete "Test mode", so customers call you because they can't pay). I talked to many Knowband's customers, and we never saw as many BUGS from developers.

Bugs appear almost every time they work on your website (MANY BUGS), and they ask you to pay for "custom support"! They ask money in order to resolve the bugs they put THEMSELVES in your website. When you ask them to do a job, the work is often slow, and if they don't finish, they ask you to pay again the "custom support". One day, they asked me to pay "custom support" because a developer left and they had to give this job to other developer, which would represent "extra cost" for them (!) (why should I pay for this?) Even if your website isn't working (for instance, customers can't pass their orders), they can wait up to 7 days in order to solve the problem!

When you ask them to do a work, I often had the case when they did only half of the work and kindly tell you that the job is done, and to kindly check that everything is alright. Then, you kindly ask them to read again the message where you explain the job, and they tell you to SHOW you what is wrong, with making a short video or screenshot, even if it is OBVIOUS that they didn't do the job you paid for! Only Knowband customers know what I am talking about.

We had to pay other Prestashop developer in MALT platform, and he told me that the bugs were coming from Knowband's work (Knowband often say that the bugs is NOT from them, so that you pay them in order to resolve the bugs! Amazing).

Prestashop developer from MALT platform told me that developers from Knowband who worked on my e-shop did very bad job, he said the quality of their code is very bad. According to him, it is not surprising from this company. As far as we are concerned, they entirely broke our website. We had to desactivate all their modules (which were full of bugs). They broke our "cart" page (page reloading by itself when you click on "continue" button, developer in MALT platform told us this came from 2 Knowband modules which interact badly with each others). Every time they resolve 1 bug, 2 more bugs will appear in your website. I can't believe we lost *******€ because of Knowband. Furthermore, they even don't want to refund us the 1078€ for the work they didn't do on the plugins! (we told them we wouldn't work with them anymore, because all of the bugs not resolved for months).

Customers were calling us EVERY DAY for MONTHS because of the bugs. Please don't purchase any module from this company, or you will regret it. Don't give them access to your website. If you do so, I may find you here in the comments.
