Koolaburra

I received a Koolaburra coat as a gift. This coat was purchased through Kohls and is defective (zipper broken and cinch string broke without ever using). Due to this coat being purchased at Kohls they will inspect and give me site credit to purchase and different coat as they discontinued this coat already BUT I have to pay the 70.00 shipping to get it back to California for them to inspect and decide if it is defective or not. Make sure you alway buy your Ugg and/or products from sister companies directly through their website or you will have to pay to ship back any defective product you purchase elsewhere.
