Easy to order but the delivery was not good and the measurement still had to be alterted. I thought we had to sign for the delivery so my daughter waited and we tracked it and good thing, our neighbor(and good thing he was honest) he actually lives down and dead end road you really would not even know it was a road DHL dumped the package and left with no signature and he happened to see our name and brought it to us. NOT GOOD AT ALL

There was great communication with customer service on confirming key details with my order! I ordered 1 size up just incase I had to alter the dress, however the dress was a perfect fit! Had to get the mesh on front of dress cleaned up a little bit but a little detailing was all that was needed. Love how the confirmation e-mail ask you the date of the event to ensure a timely delivery! 10 out of 10. Definitely recommended.

Customer service was astounding! Made sure I was informed of all information with my order as well as ensuring they knew the date of event to make sure the dress arrived in time!

I placed an order for a dress. I gave all sized and measurements. I was contacted back and was told that it was best that I paid for alterations so the dress would fit properly. I paid extra. When I received my dress, no alterations were done. I had to take it to a local tailor. The dress was beautiful though.

My dress was really pretty & looked just like the picture! I'm a smaller girl so I would say make sure your measurements are correct if you want a tight fit!

My experience was frustration free. They responded to my emails with a quick response. The dress is nice quality doesn't look cheap at all. Love the price. The delivery time was gret. Only thing I did have to go to a seamstress to do a few minor adjustments. But for the most part I was definitely satisfied. I had a terrible experience with my dress I sent in my measurements and yet I still got my dress super huge and the lady tried to tell me that it was custom made if it would have been custom made it would have fit me and then I asked for a refund and the lady told me that I would only be getting 50 percent of what I paid for which was 170 dollars it's ridiculous I would not recommend ordering from this page!

Dress came way earlier than expected but they said the estimated delivery time on the website isn't accurate. Everything fit nice and they are very cooperative.

I can't wait until my wedding day to wear my dress. True to size and gives me that Cinderella look… staff is so professional and on point! Shipping was so fast as well! I love it! The price and quality A+!

The dress is very pretty and came as pictured. Only thing is my sister is skinny so the size 2 was slightly big but nothing a seamstress couldn't fix. The dress shipped fast, we actually had it within 2 weeks. We're very satisfied with service. Thank you

1st and foremost I would like to make everyone aware of the pictures they are misleading! What I thought I was getting is a white and blue dress as pictured on the sight. In reality what I got was an all blue dress. I do still like it but the picture is misleading! So be clear on what u order and what color u want it! Good side customer service was great and I received the dress faster then I expected.

The day I order my dress I gave my size and they message me back and told me to go get measurements,and of course I was late getting them so they made the dress to size I gave them and the dress was a perfect fit,I wish you all could the pictures,I won Prom Queen

The dress came in a timely manner. We did custom sizing and It did fit well with a little extra fabric gathered in the back. The mesh material around the top of the dress was double I guess for extra support and it did not blend well with her skin color so we had to stain it to get it as close as possible to an invisible look. The mesh around the details at the top was also not put together very well because a lot of the mesh covered the intricate bead work. It was still overall a nice dress and looked almost identical to the photo.

I purchased a prom dress for my daughter. The dressed was as described. It still needed adjustments but that was expected due to my daughter's small frame. Shipping was on time. Great experience.
