This was a first for me. First time stepping inside a Lensa store and first time buying a pair of Polaroid mirrored sunglasses. The place is clean and tiddy. The personnel was kind and professional, pointing out the pros and cons of the selection of sunglasses I had previously selected from the stands. All in all, it was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit!
They completely sold my information. I have been bombarded by scam emails and now non stop calls which is literally forcing me to change my phone number. Why is this legal? Why are they allowed to operate in the US? And btw i know it was them bc i absolutely never give my number out for anything except this damn "job" site.

At least leave me jobs that I actually want. I'm not a $#*!ing fast food worker. I'm not a POS. Why give me the worst jobs in town. As an experienced server, I do not want 1000 emails from Pizza Hut. Like seriously I want good serving jobs. Local places. If I have to put in my SS# to apply it's not a good serving job, it's corporate BS. This site is guaranteed to get you a job where you are miss treated and under paid.

They put jobs you want in all the emails and texts but is actually just trying to get your phone number and any other personal info from you to sell to other sites. (Or something...) because the jobs I search for do not exist and only find out after going through the links to set your self up on other sites and entering your phone number and email. (That Lensa had when I made my account with them, but I have to give it out every time I even try to look for a job that doesnt exist)

The registration process for Lensa was fairly simple, after uploading my resume and completing the skills info it seemed ok. After a lead for a job was forwarded to me, the system prompted me to enter my email and apply for another site. This is confusing, misleading and a waste of time! It seems the job leads are just collecting your information and bombarding you with continuous emails. Very discouraging.

This is a spam site. You click on a job that they emailed you, then you go to another site that wants all your info...and the job you clicked on isn't even listed? Then you get bombarded with emails from other "job" sites? Stick to places like indeed,index, recruiter etc

This was a terrible experience. I signed up thinking I was applying for a position in Copyright Coordinator, Music Data Enty, when in reality, that position doesn't exist and I ended up being signed up for an account with so many random companies. This was not disclosed and there was no way to opt out. I was contacted at 10:30PM on a Sunday by someone who didn't speak English very well and proceeded to argue with me about whether the contact time was appropriate and the jobs I was looking for were available. They were rude and less than helpful, not listening to anything I said about what jobs I was interested in. When I deleted my account the next morning, the same job I had tried to apply for again showed up, which seems fishy.
This is a bait and switch situation, all they want is your personal information so they can sell it, they don't have anything that will actually help you.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SITE unless you want a lot of spam emails, calls and texts.

These guys helped me a lot. I was almost poor guy, however I have decided that I couldn't live without any work, simply because i had no food at all. I applied here and they offered me a good solution for my issue. They decided to analyse all the jobs which could be suitable for my skills and offered me some positions.
I applied to this companies and these guys helped me create a good resume. I was waiting just for a week and one company agreed to hire me. I was very happy, now I still work in this company and I'm sure that this was the best solution for me.

Its seem to a site that get to register with Lensa and never actually lets u apply for any jobs it keeps u in this continuous loop of signing up with "other job sites" that just want to overwhelm ur email with spam and phone calls with spam. I've further doubled checked to see if a iob posting was real by going to the actual companies website and checking to see if that job posting wasn't there. And as I figured its not a current iob that's available. In time where ppl are seeking employment in a pandemic. It would be nice if these fake site would be permanently shut down! Its a wasted of as I have wasted much of my valuable time!

This site is pointless after clicking apply for a work from home as you thought it will carry you directly to the job application the only thing it does is constantly send notifications to my phone.
