Very upsetting. Still waiting to receive my glasses. My daughter ordered a pair from here too and they came with a prescription in them. She hasn't received the correct pair. I am out nearly $600 with no resolution. Buyer beware!

Purchased Ray-Ban stories smart glasses which I have been eyeing. I am a blogger and use my phone a lot. These sunglasses take photos, video, play music and take phone calls. Saw it on other sites but I have been shopping with Lensntrends for years. By far the nicest company and customer service is always top notch. Love my glasses so much. Waited 2 weeks after I placed the order without receiving a shipping update. I emailed them and then they were dispatched the same day. Not sure why there was a delay, but I did receive the sunglasses that I ordered. I would be a hesitant to use them again in the future.

Let me say that lensntrends are the best. From start to finish just amazing even sent my sister to them. That's how good they are. I ordered sunglasses 6 weeks ago. I have called/ emailed 2-3 times per week to check on my order. Every time I am told that they have the frames, but waiting on the "box" from the warehouse so they can ship them to me. I am promised that it should just be 2-3 more days and I will "have them next week." Next week comes and goes and still no sunglasses.
I finally had enough today, and asked for a refund. We will see if that ever happens, either!

It's now been a week since I've ordered my glasses and they still haven't even shipped. This is after I payed extra for expedited shipping. I also tried to address this issue through their website and haven't gotten a response in two days. Not even a confirmation email that they received my message. I'll be calling and expecting a refund.

Glasses came packaged extremely well. Received expedited shipping as a courtesy being that the glasses were on back order. Received in a timely manner. Will definitely shop on this site again. Love my entire experience.

I ordered my glasses on April 10th and still have no emails or texts about my shipping updates, as I was promised. No glasses have come in the mail, and there's no way to track my order outside of downloading some app that is asking for information I don't want to or need to share with it to track a package. I need these to drive at night, and I was hoping to have them by now.

Where are my glasses, guys?

I just received my frames from Lensntrends and I'm so happy with my order. I ordered my Tiffany frames about 3 weeks ago but they have informed me that they were coming from Italy and I will have to wait 10-15 business days! I waited and I'm so glad I did because the glasses are amazing and a wonderful fit! Thank you again for your wonderful customer service!

I was a little skeptical about ordering after reading their reviews but decided to place my order anyway. I'm very pleased with service. Company kept me updated with shipping status. I purchased some Tiffany frames and received them in 4 or 5 days and they were way cheaper on this site than they are at Lens Crafters. (Same exact frames by the way)

I broke my frames 1 week ago and found a replacement on Lensntrends. I was skeptical after reading all these negative feedbacks. I will say they lack in notification but I received my lenses in exactly one week. 5 Stars.

I found same frame at the different web site, at a little chipper price. After a month of waiting for my order I was notified that it has been cancelled. Before placing an order with LensTrends I contacted Customer Service in writing to check availability for this particular frame. The rep came back to me the very next day advising that this frame is out of stock, but they could order it for me and I will take just a couple of weeks to receive it. I am very happy that I went with this company! The frame was received within promised time period.
