After weeks of waiting, you will not receive what you ordered. I'm so angry that I blew $50 on some BS. It didn't remotely look like what is on their website. And they don't care because they've already taken your money and they know that you won't be getting it back. This is the very last time I'll ever order anything from social media. WISH quality was better than what they sent me. I'm so pissed!

As far as my consumer experience with LetsPants," Lets" say HORRIBLE. The shipping took forever and when it did finally arrive, the package was missing one of the items I purchased and had already been charged. I tried to contact them through their customer service email, but it just kept bouncing back and now their site is unavailable. Buyer beware, this company is a BAD Business.

Utter trash quality materials as well as the sewing. Expensive crap! Delivery was months and now am waiting to hear back regarding my complaint. The sizing is also not in line with their own chart. Beyond cross about this!

Very upset, thought it was a legit web site ordered things for my granddaughters and never received one piece but they took my money...

Awful company. Sent my order to the wrong address and refused to send to correct address. I sent screenshots of the order with the correct address. A screenshot with the tracking email with correct address. A screenshot when I actually tracked with the WRONG address. They said I needed to contact the post office. Mind you, this package was sent to a home different state. Second package this happened with. They essentially stole my money and refused to support. I emailed everyday with no solution, refund or package sent to proper address.

This company is a scam. I want a refund as they said they accept returns. They are giving me a headache with their ridiculous emails asking me to jump through hoops to get my $20.99 back. They use deceptive advertising as their clothes are not anything like the photos. As you can see by the photos the item I received is not the item in the photo. I ordered this top the first of November and did not receive it for a month. By that time they had not only removed all their ads but they also had deleted their customer service email. I had to go through PayPal in order to get a message to them. I would not even give them one star but had to in order to submit this review.

I have been in an email stream for the past week. The company will not send me a return address. Today's email was in French. This company is a total scam. I emailed a copy of the invoice with product details. The company kept asking for a product picture and order number info. The requested information was sent on numerous occasions. I can not get a refund.

Complete scam, I paid $28 plus waited way too long and the item delivered was not the item shown or described! They sent a poorly made polyester spandex photo replica that wasn't even close! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

Absolutely trash, they copied other brands and made really ugly versions. Their customer service do not answer your emails. Their clothes are all made with cheap polyester and looks NOTHING like the ones in pictures. A HUGE SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I tried to return my order but they did not send any information as to where to return it. When I used the support email in the confirmation it bounced back as not existing.

WOW. This company just sucked $40 bucks out of my wallet and 2 months of my life. It took a month for my two items (a shirt and pants) to arrive, upon arrival I found that the shirt sizing was way off it fit me like an XL instead of a Med and the pants weren't even the same style as the one's I ordered plus they were completely SEE THROUGH. I respectfully emailed their customer service department and was asked to provide photos of the items in their packaging and the SKU numbers which I did. However, I was repeatedly asked for these images! At least 3 separate occasions I was asked for the images which I now realize was just a stall tactic to get me to give up. I did not give up and continued to ask for their coveted return address to which they responded that shipping was to expensive and took too long to return items but how about a nice $5 gift card for my trouble... um what? So I spent over $40 but 5 is good compensation? And telling me that the items are good quality and I can just gift them to a friend or neighbor is completely infuriating. The end result is I kept the items that I can't wear and told them to keep their 5 bucks. I don't want anything from them.

BUYER BEWARE. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT THEN NEVER SHIP YOUR ITEM. KEEP YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRING EMAILS EITHER! TOTAL SCAM!
