“My CA security said it was safe to interact with”

My CA security said it was safe to interact with. So I folowed the instructions which were to enter my credit card info and phone number then the psychic I picked would call me back. They never called but stilled charged my card. I tried calling the customer service number they provided but it was out of order. I emailed them demanding a refund but received no reply. Don't use this website.
