Booking was easy to understand and follow. Please, ask me when I am back from my around trip. Thank you. So far, so good.

This company is a scam. They price flights super cheap, once you book your flights someone calls from their home (kids screaming background) and tell that there's a problem with the reservation. I received a call at 3am, 5,7 and 50 emails asking for a lot more money to complete reservation.

My first time using LookByFares. I'm not a frequent flyer however, LBF made it easy and less complicated than I expected. Thank you for a great experience.

I've been booking with this company for a few years just because it's the cheapest usually and everytime I book a flight they call me back within minutes and say the booking I chose online isn't available and try to offer me something that cost hundreds more to scam me into more money and I have to argue with them every time just to the original flight I chose online

Very pleasant experience. The staff is very polite and understanding. They did not receive 5 stars because I had to pay an extra $70. However overall. I would use them again.

I was on the lowest point after losing my family member. The customer service person I wish I had his name some how figured out how to help me get a last minute fix because I needed to go ASAP to the destination from DCA to MAF. The person was kind and helpful. He even went through the struggle to get me a sit I couldn't afford at the time. I home some day I will have an opportunity to give my gratitude to that man. Thank you for supporting me through this difficult times.

I found it very easy to book and options available to me much cheaper than buying direct took a little bit for e-ticket but received it no problem overall would use again

I booked 2 plane tickets for a low fare. I received a phone call about an hour later saying that the price went up and I have to pay the difference which was approximately 200 more. While I was on the phone I checked out Expedia which was only 100 more. When I told the agent that, they miraculously gave me the tickets at expedias price. I got a call from a customer device rep and the ended up giving me a 50 dollar credit. Thats a great way to satisfy a customer. I am very please with the service!

Super easy to understand with picking out flights, additional covers were nice to see it wasn't being aggressively pushed on me.

Website is easy to navigate. Prices usually stay the same over the course of days which is great as other sites don't guarantee price match. Booking reservation and confirmation are sent promptly. Will use again!

Don't think I should be forced to choose ANY options to conclude.my payment. Now.i have to add 7.99. RIDICULOUS.

My cuz got me the tickets and I am glad it was cheap. But my trip don't start till next month so hopefully everything goes well
