Lousy service, boasts delivery in apps but nowhere I've tried is "in range", even a place 5 miles up the road, in store is loud, with poor seating and I question if they know what a pick up order is. Took one visit to pick up food bc they wouldn't deliver and spent over an hour bc they lied about it being ready/lost my order. Otherwise they have fantastic food, it's just a question of how badly you want it verses cheaper and quicker alternatives.

The actual app was horrible to use for “online” ordering. Wouldn’t even load.

Lost Pizza Co. Is relatively new to Columbus, Ms. We have enjoyed eating in a few times, the cooking aroma is too wonderful. However, last evening I dropped by and placed an order to take home. I set the table, called the family to dinner and opened the box. I was taken aback by the skimpy appearance. Every item I'd requested was there but very sparingly. On the large pizza, there was no sauce, toppings or cheese on three inches around the perimeter of the pizza. Overall it was like over 1/3 of the pizza was missing! We were all so disappointed! Next time we will eat in so we get the entire pizza I pay for.
