I ordered 2 pairs of sandals last year, I was charged for them but never received them. I tried several time to find out where my murder was but I got nothing. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SITE

I never buy from strange sites I never heard of but the shoes from www.griselna.com caught my eye in my Facebook feed and I spontaneously ordered 4 pairs of sandals and 1 pair of shoes off their site the first week of June 2022.

They gave a choice of standard or expedited shipping but didn't say how long it would take to receive the order so using either service, I chose standard thinking, "I don't need these sandals in 3 days, I can easily wait a week." A month later I realized I hadn't received the shoes and not one word from the company so, I clicked on the tracking link in the order receipt and it had nothing at all - the page was blank. I wrote the company to check on the status, several days later they told me the order shipped (even though nothing showed in racking).

Weeks go by, no package has arrived so I check the link and still, the tracking page was blank. I write the company again. Days later they respond that my purchase shipped.

Again, weeks go by and still, no package and nothing on the website. I write the company again. Days later, they respond my order was lost or delayed and a replacement was on the way.

Once again, weeks go by and... you got, no package and no tracking info on the webpage. More than two months have gone by since I made the purchase. I write the company and demand that they provide proof that the 5 pairs of shoes will reach me by the end of the week or I want a refund.

Days go by before they respond that my order was lost in transit and they have re-order my purchase and assure me that tracking info will show up in the link.

Weeks go go by and not a damn thing. I write them demanding a refund and once again they say my order was lost and they will process it again. I respond that under no circumstances do I want they to allegedly re-order my shoes. All I want is a damn refund! Their response to me?... " "
Nothing, no response. Silence. And no refund.

The website that I ordered from www.griselna.com no longer exists so, I image they scammed a bunch of people and either fled or got shut down. The company name on my credit card statement for the purchase was not griselna but Lowgll.com and, the two 'customer service' email addresses I was writing to are *******@matfhew.com and *******@yvonkne.com.

Greslna, lowgll, yvonkne, and matfhew are all part of shell game these scammers are playing.

Oh, and the order confirmation has Chinese writing on it. I figured they were probably buying/ or pretending to buy from Alibaba or Aliexpress.
