I placed an order on the 1/08/2012 and it looked complete 2 days later I receive an email saying my order wasn't completed & was pending. To this day I haven't received my order or credit back and its02/16/2012. I even sent letter thru certified mail they have never picked it up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
IT IS A RIPOFF. THE DISPLAY CASE i ORDERED WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CUSTOM MADE. IT WAS MADE IN CHINA OF VERY THIS WOOD WHICH CONTAINED KNOTHOLES. THE BASES OF THE LATCHES STICK OUT PAST THE FRONT OF THE FRAME AND THE PLEXIGLASS IS SO FLIMSY IT WILL NOT STAY BEHIND THE CLIPS DESIGNED TO HOLD IT IN PLACE. THEY CLAIM TO NEED TO CHARGE FOR THE ORDER SINCE IT IS CUSTOM AND THEY HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY EXCEPT FOR DAMAGE. THEY MUST GET THIS STUFF FROM CHINA BY THE CONTAINER LOAD: THERE IS NOTHING CUSTOM ABOUT IT. THE PERSONALIZED NAMETAG WAS NOT EVEN ATTACHED. THEY GET THE MONEY UP FRONT BECAUSE THEY KNOW CUSTOMERS ARE NOT GOING TO BE SATISFIED WITH THE MERCHANDISE.
