It seems as if I first saw THE GREEN COAT on a Facebook ad. It was just before Christmas, still cold temperatures, and coats started showing up on sale. I ordered the coat just to try out the quality. I kept waiting and waiting for an update about when and where my coat would ship from. The answer in the reviews said the US. Nope, Denmark. I finally received the acclaimed wool coat the end of January. It looked nothing like the picture (see ad attached). The coat is not even the same material as pictured and described. The lining on the sleeves is false. The coat is not even lined (see attached). The fabric is so thin, you can see through it. Please beware before you order!

I will never use this site again and I am telling al my friends and family. I place my order on May 26th and still no information about the delivery date. When I emailed I got the standard email saying it's on the way, but you don't see any tracking information. They're sorry I don't recommend this site.

I ordered 3 shirts in December. I got very poor to no tracking information. Very poor responses regarding where my shirts were. I received 2 of them in February. Decent fabric, nice print. But my third shirt didn't arrive until March. And it was terrible. The print I ordered was correct but the shirt was badly constructed. The sleeves and collar were sewn on inside out. The hem was cut off and there was an S (indicating small I assume) printed on the sleeve. Weeks of correspondence was futile. They didn't seem to understand that the shirt was not acceptable. They kept saying it was the correct shirt. Of course-the correct print but not wearable. They finally gave me $8 refund for a $22 shirt. Absolutely unbelievable. Will never order here again.

Ordered a blacktank with bright white palm trees. Took forever to get here! Look's NOTHING like the picture. Dark grey not a vneck with faded palm trees. I will NEVER buy again from this company!I want a refund of $25.98!

It took months to get my order. When I did the quality of the garments were not as expected. They did not look like what was advertised. I have made multiple attempts via email as instructed on website to start a return. No response. DO NOT PURCHASE FRO. THIS COMPANY!

After waiting two months for my item I was told it was it in deliverable (even though I somehow receive every other item I have ever ordered from anyone with no problem) and returned. They would not issue a refund. They told me they would send me a new item but I would have to pay for shipping AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN!

This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. They are a zero! Placed an order for 5 items back in January, finally received them last week. Items did not fit and the size range is wrong. An XL is a M in the real world. I have contacted customer service and after several emails back and forth, I was asked if I had someone who I could give them to since they are of superior quality and so reasonably priced. #1 they are NOT of superior quality. As for the price, reasonable would be if the items were of good quality and fit. One shirt had writing on the front and it was totally off center. The shoes were horrible, like made of plastic and so uncomfortable. The companies descriptions are misleading. Have no idea if I will ever get my money back. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Poor craftmanship all around!
