The battery life of one of the moisture analyzers was disappointing. The product was good, but poor battery life forced me to look for better alternatives.
The products they provide are good, but there were unnecessary delays i the delivery of the gas analyzers I ordered. The customer service agent did try to help, but he couldn't. I got them later than I wanted them, which hampered my operations.
One of their staff members was very rude on the phone. I asked about getting customized pricing, but he seemed to have no say in this.
