I was looking for a front suspension air line kit that was hard to find and my truck is dead in the water with out it. Mopar Parts Giant's website said it was in stock but based on previous experiences, I called to verify. After holding for some time, I spoke with a lady who verified they in fact had it in. I asked her to please check again. She did and confirmed. I ordered it that minute. The next day I received a email notification saying it was back ordered with no ETA. 1. If something is backordered, show it on your web site. 2. When someone calls to verify not once but twice... Get it right! Wasted a day thining the part was on its way while my truck is stuck on a lift. Will never do business with you again.
