I've placed 4 different orders so far and everytime I have I have received exactly what I ordered and fast. Great prices and their juices have good flavor.
This business is a total rip off. I ordered the Aspire Premium Starter Kit. When it arrived, the packaging was crushed and there were problems with the battery and charger. I was also unable to remove the pre-installed coil. I even tried using a hand grip for jars and a pair of pliers, but the coil would still not come out.
I emailed customer service about these issues and they wanted me to pay to ship it back and then pay an additional fee for more shipping to cover a replacement.
That's the first and last time I'll ever buy from this company.
