Absolutely agreed with PJ. The moderation is ridiculously subpar and customer service consists of 1 guy who shows no respect or concern for your problems. This is not a review coming from a website that has hired them, but rather as a member of a community that is moderated by mzinga, so take that for what it's worth.
Moderation services run by computers. Computers cannot judge human interaction. Non existent customer service.
Presented as 'chatcity.' Hate filled group. Thinly disguised neo-Nazis. Pushing a bad news third reich type of concept. They should be removed from the internet.
