I had my first counseling session on December 22,2023 in Georgia. I must say that Kimberly Williams was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very professional. By the end of our session she had a to-do list for me. Every interaction over the phone was pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to completing this process and owning my first home! I'm walking by faith!

I'm currently going through the NACA program. You have to be very determined and dedicated to complete this process. Though it's a lot, I know it will pay off in the end. As a first time home buyer, I am having the opportunity to learn as I go, which is absolutely important. I feel very well guided and confident with NACA. I've tried other options as a first time home buyer and each time fell short due to lack of communication and understanding. Excited for what may be next.

NACA is a great program that has helped me become active in my community and take steps to purchasing my first home. NACA has great personnel with employees that have treated me like family. The program has helped educate me on the home buying process while making sure I am a responsible decision maker. I give NACA a 5-star rating and recommend to anyone seeking a first time homeowners program.

I'm a licensed realtor going through the NACA homebuying experience, however I haven't been actively selling in the DMV area. After graduating from graduate school in 2018, I found myself attempting to navigate the job market with a humanities degree unsuccessfully and then COVID hit. In the past, I did assist clients that were interested in purchasing through NACA so I was somewhat familiar with the program. My counselor, Megan, has been very thorough and extremely helpful. I know with her assistance I will be successful.

Since the first workshop it has been a great experience.I started working with my housing counselor Ellen Peterson.She's been very helpful in the process by explaining everything that I need to do and helped me to gather important information.I know with her assistance I will be successful.I am looking forward to completing the process.Thank you Ellen.

Their website is really user-friendly with clear labels, sections, and subsections. My favourite part is being able to see all of my expenses together in one place. I am talking about the NACA program. I hope soon I will be able to find my new home, but regardless of that, I would recommend this company for its amazing customer support.

My experience with NACA has been excellent so far. I was apprehensive when they changed my counselor, but I'm glad it was done. Melody is extremely thorough and ensured that I submitted all of the necessary documentation. She took her time, and I'd recommend her as your representative.

I am currently here at the NACA event in Richmond, VA and Ms. Ellen Petersen has been so helpful. So far, she has gone through my files, asked clarifying questions and helped me to gather important information to clear up discrepancies on the spot. I heard about Naca in 2021 amid the pandemic and attended my first workshop in 2022. I knew when I was ready to buy I would chose Naca because of all the pros. Between then and now, I have made sure to complete all the requirements and I'm so excited to be able to complete this journey with Naca. The counselors I've had have been very amazing and most importantly patient along the way. If you are unsure, attend a workshop and see if this is the right program for you. It was for me.

I was fortunate enough to have worked with A. Barnett. The process before getting with A. Barnett on a telephone call was confusing and very lengthy. After an evening working with her over the telephone, I was able to submit all the outstanding documents and move forward to pre-qualify for the NACA program. I'm looking forward to purchasing a home very soon.

I'm totally speechless! I started with Naca in June 2017. I started actually building in October 2017 after finding the right lot. Customizing my home was definitely exciting from the custom floor plan to the upgraded floors. NACA's website is easy to navigate. You have to complete a workshop before you can start submitting documents. I like the fact that the workshop is self-paced and online. My counselor is Ellen and she was very nice to talk to. I'm excited for this process and the next steps.
