Nintendo offers timeless entertainment for all ages with its iconic video game consoles and beloved franchises. Whether I'm playing classic titles like Mario Kart and Zelda or exploring new adventures on the Switch, Nintendo never fails to deliver immersive gameplay and memorable experiences. I appreciate the family-friendly content and innovative technology that continues to push the boundaries of gaming. Nintendo has been a staple of my childhood and remains a source of joy and nostalgia to this day

Dear Nintendo professionals, good afternoon. I am still unable to use any credit card on my Nintendo account. I have opened accounts in other countries where I have residency and bank accounts with cards issued by those countries, and in none of them am I allowed to make purchases. I have bank accounts and Nintendo accounts in the USA, Brazil, and Argentina, and in none of them can I use any credit card. I have tried dozens of cards, cancelled and requested new cards from banks, tried single-use or fixed-use virtual cards, tried physical cards, and so far, nothing. Not only have you not solved the problem, but you also do not provide any explanation. You don't tell me if something might be wrong, you don't tell me if you simply don't allow me to use them because you don't like me, you don't tell me if it's prejudice against me, you don't tell me anything. You don't provide any decent contact channel, you don't care about customers who want to spend money with your company. Do you realize this? I am trying to spend my money on your company and you won't let me do that. What a complete disregard, it's lamentable. I await any explanation that is minimally plausible. I can only conclude that Nintendo has some prejudiced reason for preventing me from spending my money on their company, because it is not possible that a world leader in games and technology cannot simply provide a coherent explanation of why they don't allow me to use any credit card. This is a consumer disregard. I have provided the console serial number, all the details of the dozens of cards I tried to use, account information, everything, and incredibly these incredible professionals responded to me as follows: "we cannot help you with this issue. We cannot share any more information,"... Can't you even say why you won't let me buy from your company? Is that what you're going to tell me? It must be something prejudiced against me, it can only be. Don't waste your money on Nintendo, they don't want us to spend our money on their company

All the games by Nintendo have amazing graphics, and some even have online play! You can make your own Mii that looks like you or make on from scratch!

Alright i guess but it could be better. Not to mention this is the same company that made Pokemon so this is just painful to see them getting these many bad reviews.

Tip for consumers:
Just go to gamestop to buy games. Their stores are better.

You cannot edit your order while it is processing. I was told to wait until it is delivered and then return it or place a whole new second order. I went through customer service chat, text and calling spending almost 2 hours dealing with this just to get this answer. Unbelievable. Definitely over Nintendo at this point.

They are weird because I identify as a worm but there is no worm character so I am mad. Rawr rawr Zelda is also weird because I also identify as a skibidi ohio sigma and there is no skibidi ohio sigma character that's why I love YouTube shorts because they include skibidi ohio sigmas unlike you guys at Nintendo.

I love Nintendo and the games they make! They create quality products that while some of mine have been messed up within a year or two they have all stayed pretty good. Most of the controllers they make i love but the price is always high, other than that you should get yourself the latest console, i love it!

This company doesn't let people upload their music online without getting copyrighted. They made a new game called Nintendo Switch Sports but they one time released a thing for Switch Sports that didn't work at all. If it doesn't work then what's the point of releasing it?

I love Nintendo, super cute stuff. Very Kawaii. My husband is a nerd and likes his Zelda stuff. I love my Animal Crossing Switch and the game (duh). Can't say how much I also enjoy playing Mario Kart with my family and friends. Awesome company overall!

One thing I appreciate about Nintendo. They have a real loyalty program, that they have stuck behind over a decade. You can actually get free stuff from them, by participating in challenges or buying new products.

Absolutely $#*! company I bought a switch and within 4 months it broke I then cancelled the subscription which was 6.99 however still got taken out of my account for them to then say they I didn't cancel ( basically calling me a liar) and refused to give a refund absolute joke would NOT recommend would just stick to playstation or Xbox at least they last and don't have problems with them

There are only a handful of games. With no concrete plan for legacy retro games leaves it feeling more like a blank slate of unfulfilled potential on day 1.

Once you have paid, if there is an issue, simply consider it money lost. Steer away from eshop "gift cards". There is an amazingly quick "support" response time - assuming it is in place just so that you can pay faster. Love Nintendo but the online payment system is designed to very quickly take your money and leave you helpless if there is an issue.

This company doesn't even let us upload their soundtracks. They don't care if the soundtrack is from one of their old games that they don't even make money from anymore. They don't care if it's audio from games such as" Yoshi's Island, Banjo Kazooie, ECT. Nintendo is using Cartridges for their Nintendo Switch even though we have better technology. Nintendo doesn't care about the Donkey Kong series even though that Donkey Kong was one of their first ever games [along with Game & Watch].

The system has games for all ages making it a great family system. With the ability to have 4 plus players on some of the games. One of the things I really enjoy is the fitness games that allow multiple players. The kids get their exercise and we all have a lot of fun at the same time. I think this system really does offer a whole family entertainment package. I cannot wait to see what they do next with all the VR and AI technology that is starting to arise.

Nintendo made a huge mistake on putting the Xenoblade 3 special edition on their website only. The problem is that they never put any kind of effort into their website when there's traffic. Oh what's that? You clicked on the pre-purchase button, wait, you get the limited 1 error? So after a few hours, you're finally able to get it on cart. Alright cool. Then you proceed to check out, wait, it's not on the cart? But it shows that something is in the cart, okay, let me refresh. That is a big mistake! Now you're stuck on the virtual waiting line for hours to just see if it's on the cart. Hours passed and Nintendo avoids to update what is happening in the website. This is pain. So much pain.

Tip for consumers:
Be numb. Very numb.

Nintendo has always had the best games. Such as Mario, the legend of Zelda, animal crossing. My point is that Nintendo has all the best games.

This is horrible I spent $5 to buy among us and it told me I have to buy Nintendo online I tried to get my money back but you can't Minecraft is 39.99 and Microsoft recommended 6.99 the downloading takes hours so I'm warning you be carful

A classic which I will never forget - Nintendo. Their navigation is really easy and their products have a huge nostalgia in them. The variety of games leaves me happy as I can find what I am looking for.

Had to send our Switch OLED back twice with a joycon rail issue. The second time they had it for over 3 weeks and then told us there was water damage and they wanted £190 to repair it. The Switch had never been out of the house!
