Good help from the customer service person. Verified the cap would work with my stove pipe. Received cap in just a couple days and it does everything thing the information says it will do. Easy to install and absolutely stop the down draft I had.

Customer service was very nice and helpful.

Not good

The ordering experience was fine. Delivery was later than expected. We opened the grate and used it to find out it's not big enough for our fireplace. It's actually smaller than the dimensions in the description on the web site says. When I called to see about exchanging it, I was told it couldn't be because it had been used. I thought it was "satisfaction guaranteed". Guess not. We need one larger and one that is higher than what we got. I'm currently looking around for others.

The company makes excellent fire grates. This is the second fire grate for another home that I've had to purchase. They're extremely well built and the dimensions are exactly as they state. When I had some questions their customer service was very responsive and provided me with the information I needed. I am very happy with this company and their products.

I had some basic questions and the customer service representative answered them efficiently and quickly as they could.

We needed to return an extra pipe that we had ordered, nothing wrong with it, just an extra. We had to push for it on the phone, we only got a return slip after we returned it, they charges a restocking fee and it had already cost a lot to ship back. Overall, I think they are trying to make it easier to just keep stuff and not return it. I feel ripped off, because I only got about half of the original cost back when I returned it due to the return costs.

This product really works. My sweeps are very pleased with the results. I use it generously and always burn my stove hot.

Site is quick load/react smooth, well layed out and fairly clean. Navigating and shopping was a breeze. Partly my fault for waiting so late before christmas (and maybe i just didn't see it) but i wish there was an option for expedited shipping. A guaranteed 3-day shipment would have done the trick. Standard shipping had it delivered the day after xmas.

Basically everything is there but some parts need grinding or drilling to go together! I give this assembly to the professionals!

I'm very pleased with the purchase, it even arrived early, but ordering it took some patience. Was promised 2 coupons then told at checkout I could only use one per order. Also using the coupons required setting up an account. Took much extra time chatting to figure all that out

I placed an order on Dec 18th for an extra large fireplace grate that was a Christmas gift. It was lost in shipping unfortunately. I emailed them about it being lost and they mailed a new one the next day. It did arrive the day after Christmas, but that was still excellent service in the short time from when I originally placed the order. The fireplace grate is perfect, very heavy and quality is what was expected.

Order 6" diameter adjustable wall strap for stove chimney. Diameter of the product is 10" so it did not fit. When I called to return and order the right product told I would need to pay shipping back, a restock fee, and the cost of their shipping to me. If I would have done that it would have given me little to no refund on a product that is not advertised properly. Beware of any purchases from this company. No customer service. Their lose because I have 10 stoves to install this season

I ordered the wrong flashing which they noticed at the company. A representative called me to confirm my choice thinking I might have ordered it for another job. I didn't and it saved so much time by double checking my mistake. Above and beyond customer service.

My order was processed quickly and correctly. The chimney parts shipped from two locations from the west and the east. Both shipments arrived on the day that Northline Express had said they would. I am very pleased with their promptness and as I still need a few more parts for phase two of my installation I will use Northline Express for those also.

I have wanted this fireplace rug for several years, when I saw it was on sale, I decided to buy, it will replace an older rug that I love but have not found anything similar to. From everything I've seen, it looks to be good quality & will hold up to to our oversized wood burning fireplace that helps mitigate high northern utility bills.
The order came fairly quickly, it was rolled up, not folded & only took a day or 2 to flatten out, the colors are warm and muted and fit well with the living room.

I'm happy that my down draft was 95% fixed with your product and I have recommended you on a few groups on Facebook
But I'm a bit disappointed with the shipping and lack of packaging for the product
I received the cap and it was bent and folded on itself around the stovepipe fresh air chamber
I'm handy enough to bend it back and put it on
My problem was fixed but I was a bit disappointed with my problem
I'm not worried about it but I could see others sending it back and never trying it again

I ordered a stovepipe cap and they were at least $30 cheaper than the nearest competitor. Very happy with my purchase and experience!

My order languished - I received confirmation of the order and waited a week for shipping. I had to call and inquire about shipping. The rep said she would send an email to the warehouse. I did receive a shipping notice a few days later. Eventually, the order arrived. The quality of the item seems okay. I just wonder why my order was lost and why I had to track it down. I wouldn't recommend this company, unless you want to go through a headache to get your order.

Everyone at Northline was very helpful and worked with me an my order. The gas logs took a couple months to deliver, but overall, everything went fine.

Ordering and receiving were great, its the product itself that doesn't feel like its worth what I paid for sure.
