Awesome company I have filed multiple claims with it and I have no complaints about it Best buy I could find on a straightforward process would recommend 10 out of 10

Unfortunately I the repair on my phone was very expensive and AKKO required that I pay out of pocket and then submit the receipt for reimbursement. The money was deposited into my PayPal account within the same day the receipt was submitted but, I was unable to use my phone for about a month while I saved up the money to have the repair done.

I've had Akko for 3 claims already, I have yet to have an issue at this time. Fast claim process everytime!

Process was so easy to receive a phone replacement. I broke my phone after leaving it on top of my car and thought I was out of luck. Thankfully I remembered I had my insurance plan with Akko and was able to start the claims process. The process was super easy. Just had to explain what happened to my phone and submit photo evidence of he damage. Once that was submitted I waited a short while for it to be approved or not. It was approved and they sent me a link to a used phone in excellent condition on Amazon. Once I approved the phone, they Venmoed the money over to me right away, minus the deductible. I was able to buy the replacement phone and then sent them over my old one with the provided shipping label. Definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family
