Our team started with the best intentions to use this company to help with the backlog of work we had. That was a huge mistake. The sites were simple but yet they were delayed several times due to family emergencies and other excuses. After about six months, we asked for a refund, and they declined even though they didn't deliver anything but sample sites that were simply WordPress templates that anyone could've done.
In the end, we contacted our bank to get our money back, and that's when things got interesting. They were threatening lawsuits and all types of litigation, but no agreement or contract was ever signed. Please don't use these guys, and if you do, dispute the charge with your bank to get your money back immediately.

SERVICE IS AWEFUL... I hired this company to design a logo. Which was ok. Then I hired them to do my website they charged me over 1000 dollars for professional website with ecommerce, email the works that is not working properly and that has not been tested before going live. I have been pushed off on different account managers who have yet to complete what I paid for. I have been getting message through my social media platforms telling me that my website is not working. My clients are sending emails that are not reaching me. They are trying to download forms that are coming back with error messages. I've lost clients because of this company not completing my website and full setup before going live even though I've paid them for a website that is not working correctly... the ask me to pay more money each time they mess up. The customer service is awful. These are all the people who has done absolutely nothing but ask for more money for service that was not completed that was already paid in full... Allen Stanley, Joshua Augustine, Ross Spence, and Troy Sanders are everyone who has been involved on my website and no one can resolve

Terrible customer service and support. I went cheap to save on business expenses, but they ended up costing me much more in the long run. They try to up-sell you ever time you ask them for assistance. I paid $600 for a "lifetime support" for any changes I need to my website. Turns out they gladly took my money only to ignore me whenever I needed something changed. Really I would give them no stars if possible as this was a pure scam, and yes, they barely speak English. Save your money, time and frustration!
I can't honestly say if octologo is a scam or not, but i can tell you they are horrible at customer service and delivery of product. They do not respond to questions via email, chat or phone call (I have tried all of the above.) They will not answer simple questions regarding the work they have done for you, and if you do the trademark service, i can't even tell you if it is real. I currently have a BBB claim against them, and if you look, there are numerous other ones against them. They sent me shirts (weeks late) and they were completely wrong. When i said something to them, they completely ignored me.
