I got this large crate for 2 small puppies and it is working out well for them. Once assembled, looks like real furniture.
The materials of the crate are lightweight.

We recently purchased an extension for a Bindaboo pet gate from this company. They have a price match guarantee, however it states you must show them that before you purchase. However, we thought we would ask anyway since we found the item much cheaper on Kohl's.com. They said they wouldn't match it, which is fine, however then they proceeded, without asking us first, to CANCEL OUR ORDER and told us to go ahead and buy it from Kohl's! We were desperate for this gate since we just got a new puppy and what we were using wasn't working. How dare they cancel an order without first giving the customer a chance to decide if they actually want to cancel it in the first place! Now, because we had to order from someone else, receiving this extension is delayed even more. Here's another kicker: we paid Kohl's for one day expedited shipping and with that extra cost, it was STILL slightly cheaper than OfficialDogHouse.com! What a horrible company.
I bought a dog gate and it arrived in 4 days. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong color. I called and the customer service person was very helpful. He explained how I ordered the wrong color and emailed my order to prove it. He also sent the color I wanted and helped arrange return of the color or ordered by mistake.
I ordered a dog house and deck gate on May 16. After finding out that the house would not be delivered until July, I decided to attempted to speak with a representative. No telephone number for customer service. I emailed and decided to cancel my order. I received an email back stating that the deck was shipped and I would get a refund for the dog house. On June 14, I received an email asking to rate the outdoor deck gate. I had not received this item. I responded by stating that the gate was never delivered. Then, I received a phone call from Chris. He said that the gate was shipped and I should have received it already. I asked him to track the gate and that had I known that the delivery would be this long I would have kept the order of the gate so both items would arrive together. After two days I decided to call Chris back (saved his number). Chris stated that the item was not shipped form the manufacturer. I requested a full refund. Why ask me to rate an item that wasn't shipped.
