Everything product wise, website UX, everything was amazing. The only drawback was the customer service which could use improvement. Thank goodness they delivered and got in contact with me as soon as they could. At least I know now the lead time needed when purchasing stuff from them! Defo would repeat purchase ( without worrying anymore)
My guess is these guys purchase from a site like stockx.com and then mark the prices up even further. Their website looks very similar. Don't bother with them - go direct to stockx. My experience was bad. Item arrived nearly a month later and broken. Eventually I got a refund but because I paid via PayPal a foreign currency charge of 600AED was taken and NOT returned from PayPal with the refund! PayPal just responds with check our currency charges….

I made my order and it said that u will shipped within 14 working days, but till today it's been 22 days and no one respond to my emails, calls and their live chat doesn't work as well…I'm going to wait 48 hours then I'm going to file a complaint in the police station against them…don't order guys order from other big websites

I purchased 5 Topps F1 hobby box and 5 Topps Chrome hobby box from them. The expected shipment time is 10-14 business days. 15 days passed and they tell me they will ship it in a few days. They shipped it, however I only received 3 hobby boxes and 1 chrome. I have since tried to connect with their live chat daily and they don't reply, and also not to my email. Beware of these scammers. I'll post more reviews elsewhere and on YouTube soon. They scammed me for thousands.

Do not use. If the price of the product go up, they would not even ship your order.

I ordered a pair of Yeezy from them and received it on time though I had a minor trouble with the payment but they attended my concern professionally. Overall the transaction was smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Much better if you will pay in card to avoid confusions. In my case it was my first time so I paid cash on delivery since I was still a bit hesitant but I did pay 20% in advance because I guess that’s their policy but when I received my item they charged me with the same amount so I ended up paying much than the price. Good thing their customer service was willing to help and solved it right away and gave me the refund right after I told them about it. So I recommend card payments.

Deposit payment paid.
After many follows up, different team members reply's, assuring me that order will come within 2-3 days ( some of them said it's coming from US warehouse, some of them from UK warehouse).
Long story short, after total of 27 days, today I got email "Your deposit has been refunded "! Without anyone saying anything. After long time finally I reach some one on call center, reply was:
We cancel your order because item didn't came to UAE warehouse in size that you asked for! Worst online shop ever, definitely not to recommend, stay away from them.
Ofour kept my return for more than 30 days when they do not have any intention of refunding me. Apparently it got rejected because of some "tag" missing. If rejected why not send back the sneakers to me? So you keep my money and the Nike x Off-white sneakers?

I was really hesitant, but when i saw that they offer PayPal payment i was less worried, decided to give them a chance and was please with my experience and i did check the sneakers as well with the local adidas store and it was legit. They do have the authenticity badge which is also great. I recommend them as my experience was great..

I got adidas ultra 4D NASA Halo Silver from them on 11 Apr 2021. I'm an adidas fan and got many shoes before and I know how comfy they are. This one I got through OFour was not comfy in a very suspicious way! Tow months ago, it started losing color and shape!

I got my delivery really fast even they said up to 14 working days on the phone. Overall, very satisfied with their service so will be placing more orders with them soon and I am a dunks collector and these people have very good collection.

In my 19 years of living in Dubai I have never experienced such bad customer service. At some point they weren't trying to give me my shoes nor my money. I had to mention that the issue was going to escalate to higher authorities such as the police and that's when they got scared and gave me my money back after 4 months. Very rare to find companies like this in Dubai and they're one of them scammers.

Never buy from this guys! It will take you nowhere when you file a complaint regarding the damaged shoes they're selling! Til now haven't heard from them since I filed a complaint! This is the first and last time I'm gonna buy from them! Don't waste your money with this guys! So disappointed! I said I wanted to return and refund they never replied to my email again!
Note:
When i open the Jordan 4 box that I received it has a very strong rubber/glue smell came from the shoes which is not normal for original Jordan shoes that i purchased from the Jordan Boutique.

Please note that the issues mentioned are common with the GS (Grade School) sizing due to manufacturing defects. As per our senior authenticators, the pair was still in a good condition to pass our authenticity tests.
They don't have knowledge about what they are selling.contacting them very difficult no answer of the phone, after long time you wait you get reply: we will call you back and never calling back.Item they are selling doesn't have full information and they can cheat you this way.
Website is very friendly n easy to find what I was looking for. My experience was great from ordering my item from their App to delivering it to my address in Toronto.
I wasn't sure if the picture of the shoes I ordered weren't as good as they looked in their App but I was wrong, shoes looked as good as their pictures and packaging was good.
I would use OFour again to find unique shoes and other unique items.

When see the product 2-3 days. After u buy it u get a 7 to 10 business days delivery. Call up the call center, i shall add rush to it. After 7days call again, he did help but it will take the same time.

After 14 days over they emailed me saying if I want to confirm the order I need to pay 20% of the amount.

Every extremely rare pair of sneakers is available. When many of them were adult release only but all sizes available? The prices are exaggerated for fakes. I don't recommend purchasing anything from them as there aren't any reviews anywhere as well.
