Their system is full of mistakes. I had to place my order a second time and confirm it had gone through before they would ship my order, so they had two orders on the system. They said they would cancel one, and ship the other. When I contacted them to verify, they stated the order had gone through and they would ship it out.
Four months later, I still had no package. When I contacted them, they stated there was no order, and rudely refused to resolve the issue.
