I ordered from this website thinking, WOW I finally found a place that has cool covers for my behold. Well I placed an order and of course they took my money right away... but then days started to pass, then weeks and then finally it had been over a month, so I e-mailed... never got an answer, so I called. Let me tell you, they make you wait on hold forever... I wasnt going to give up I stayed on hold for an amazing 20 minutes and someone finally answered... He said my order was on back order and It should be in the following week... well a week passes so I called again... another 20 minute wait (I think they figure most people will just hang up... not me) I demanded a refund!
He said okay... and that the money will be back in my account in 3 days. It's day one, so we will see!
Poor Customer Service and Communication - I have never had such poor customer service from an online business especially one that professes to offer "elite and idyllic" customer service. I placed an order, selected 3-day air for faster shipping at an extra cost and wrote a note in my order to notify me if product was on back order. 10 days later after still not receiving my order and no answer to my emails, I contacted the company and was told of course that it was on back order and that they had no idea when the products I ordered would arrive. I asked if I had to wait could they please reimburse my shipping charges. They could only offer to credit back my account and cancel the order. What a huge waste of time! Extremely poor service and communication.
