AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORTTHEY TELL ME TO CONTACT CHAT SUPPORT. UUGH, I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS TO HELP CUSTOMERS? I WANTED TO GET MY 2.4 CREDITS BACK B/C I NEVER GOT MY EMAIL MESSAGE READING AS PROMISED FROM PYSCHIC "CCLYNN"... THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT REFUND. THEY HAVE THE MESSAGE LOG WITH PROOF I DIDN'T HAVE A READING.AND YET I SPENT 2.4 CREDITS ON A READING I NEVER GOT! THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO STEAL YOUR MONEY! 11 DAYS ALREADY AND NO READING! HOW SAD.
