If your expecting your merchandise in a timely manner FORGET IT! My son ordered a hoodie to have delivered to him at college. I was skeptical because I never heard of this company. Order placed 8/17/2015 same day as his Costco order for his printer. Printer received in about 5 days. On 8/27/2015 I sent an email to the company as follows: "My son has yet to receive his package, what is the status? " I received no response so on 8/29 I sent another email as follows: contacting paypal and my bank today ITEM NEVER RECEIVED AND NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL. Finally on 8/29/2015 AT 5AM I received a response as follows: I apologize for the inconvenience. The new shipment of sweatshirts came in last night. I have personally packaged your sweatshirt and will be shipping it first thing this morning. I will send you the tracking number. I value you as a customer and appreciate your patience. THAT WAS A LIE! On Monday still no email with tracking #. So I sent an email on 8/31/*******@9pm as follows: "Still no response after 2 days. Your customer service is lacking, I don't need the aggravation and my son is not that desperate for your sweatshirt. I didn't want him to order it because I don't know this company. I will make sure to blog about your company regarding how long you take to ship an item and how you don't follow through with what you say you are going to do." I opened a claim w/ paypal. THEN AND ONLY THEN did the package ship 2 day priority mail. At this point my son will be refusing the package. This company never sent me another email to apologize, to AT LEAST give me free shipping NOTHING. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. BIG SCAM!
