I've used this company for a few years now. I like that they have a local website too but I often order direct from China. Fast shipping. Supplies have always been great value. I've ordered many times over the years and customer services have always swiftly dealt with enquiries. Never taking more then a few days to reply. I always get what I order and if it's out of stock I either get refunded or can choose another product. I don't have anything bad to say about panda hall.
11 mm not 12 mm - and "howlite" gets ded matte by my finger pads! Clearly softer than 2.5 on Mohs scale - NOT HOWLITE. Support been BAD. Website functions HORRIBLY. Not a non-CRIMINAL enterprise!

You can use UK stock panda hall website if you are in the UK for super fast delivery although they don't stock everything the main site does but still super handy for beads and supplies.

I have ordered from Panda Hall on numerous occasions and their products have always been of good quality. I've never had a single problem with any of the items I've ordered. Shipping takes about 7-10 days to the USA. They are well worth the wait.

For the most part, I like Panda Hall. However, I have rarely found chain that I have ordered to be in stock. The day the order is due to ship, I get an email asking that I choose a replacement, which delays the order by a week. When it comes to their chain inventory, it is a bait and switch deal.
This is my favorite site on the internet. Their selection is so vast and interesting from all aroiund the world. If I have a question about my order customer service responds promptly and in a friendly way. I can highly recommend this site for anyone desiring beautiful items presented in a fun way whether already made or used for your own projects.
I bought few things from Pandahall and I have nothing to complain. They were exactly like in the picture, some even better. The delivery was in time. The package was well packed, nothing damaged. Great prices, I think Pandahall has the cheapest prices compared with other shops, but the delivery it's a bit pricy. I even got e very nice free gift I was at the beginning skeptical about ordering, but I'm glad I did it. They are trustworthy and you will get your order

I like to buy my gemstone beads from Pandahall. They are honest about which stones are natural, dyed or heat treated. This is very important to me. They are also very clear about the metal content of their chains and findings. Customer service is very responsive and helpful

I find the shipping very slow, but then again I place huge orders. I've been buying my supplies from them for a long time now, and the prices of many of their items are very low which is great but you really get what you pay for. I buy very inexpensive things from them and they often break. Other than that, I really like the website because of the huge variety and inexpensive items. If you need items and are in a rush, order a month in advance to make sure you get your supplies on time. And keep in mind that the cost of the item really reflects on it's overall quality.

I love that you have a description on each item and is a very realistic one. You now what you buy, what quality, dimensions and all you need to know all you need to do is to read all informations. The shiping is very good.They comunicate well ask you to confirm the address and all isues.

We have only positive experience with Pandahall. Quality of their products is always the best. They have very fast delivery to Europe, sometimes we are surprised when we receive our order after 5 days or even less. Pandahall has a nice and helpful customer service, they reply to every message. I have been ordering from this site for some time now and I can say the products match the descriptions and images found on the website so you are never disappointed. What a nightmare company!
Placed an order and went through hell.
First they sent a tracking number that was fake. For many weeks I used the link to the tracking on a daily basis and it kept telling me that that package was never shipped. Package was to arrive in2 weeks, 6 weeks later still no package and no help from company, just excuses.
Package never arrived although I did get a package full of junk from china. It was not marked with the company name but with an individual's name. My guess is that they filled up an envelope to "prove" they shipped.
Then came weeks of trying to get them to refund. OMG! One excuse after the other. I finally had to seek legal help.
I have unsubscribed dozens of times. I have replied to the constant advertising emails asking to be removed. Still, they keep coming.

I am so impressed with the huge selection at Panda Hall. Great prices, especially the sales! And always ahead of the trends. Customer Service is also very good. And even with the Pandemic the last order I placed was Dec 22 and I received it in 5 days! My US suppliers aren't that fast! I recommend Panda Hall... just looking thru the website always gives me new ideas too!

I sell handmade goods on both Etsy and Amazon. I use their beads and charms to make ceiling fan/light pull chains, Christmas ornaments and rear view mirror hanging ornaments. I just started making items with resin and have purchased dozens of their silicone molds. I have been purchasing from PandaHall for over 7 years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their product. Their customer service is excellent as they always respond quickly to any of my questions or requests. I highly recommend this Company.

I must find 50 words to say I'm a PandaHall really happy consumer. Everything was perfect for each order: the large choice for each kind of products on the site, the large choice for transport and shipping delays, the choice for payment methods (my favorite is PayPal).
The good information at the good time before the order confirmation is perfect too: I can easily compare my basket with or without some products. I just uncheck some of them on the list to have the total price, with shipping coast (automatically calculated). The unchecked products can be rechecked as you want.
The received package is always perfect.
The consumer service is really good.

I have shopped from Pandahall for several years and am always very satisfied with my purchases. And they have an excellent customer service that is always very helpful.
I am updating my previous review of a couple of years back. Customer service seem a bit easier to deal with now regarding faulty products and I feel that they do handle complaints in a more professional manner than before. But processing/packing times are STILL usually much longer than they claim on the website (or in their replies here). I also notice when I compare prices to last years orders that prices have increased drastically for a lot of items (some as much as 40-60% more expensive in just a year). So even when they offer a 'Sale' or 'Free shipping' you are still paying a lot more in total than you would have a year or so ago.
For that reason it is important to demand quality and complain if products are not perfect. Some of the factories they use produce very good quality products, while some factories allow broken or poor quality products leave the factory and be shipped to customers. I have received facetted glass beads where half the beads on each strand were broken or chipped. I paid $16 for 5 strands (+shipping +import taxes). So not in any way 'cheap'. Panda Hall claim they were damaged in transit, but if that is true then the broken/chipped pieces would be in the bag with the beads. Quite simply some factories are knowingly threading faulty beads on the strands and selling them. So quality control needs to be improved greatly - and random checks are needed on what certain factories are producing. Perhaps now that prices have gone up so much they can use these profits for this purpose.

Regarding the processing time, it normally takes us 7-10 days to prepare and 1-2 days to pack the order. Since there are a huge numbes of products on our site, it is difficult for us to keep all the posted items in stock. For the out of stock items, most can be restocked within 7-10 days, and a small part may need more than 10 days to order from the factory. For orders which can not be prepared within the promised lead time, we offer three options to help customers complete the order: 1) selecting replacement: we offer discount 20-30% for replacement items 2)ship the ready 3)keep waitting. Actually, if you are hurry for the goods, we suggest you just order our items with "ready time: 3 days" which are all in stock and can be prepared within 3 days. Anyway, we understand customers' frustration when sometimes you have to wait long, and we are now trying to improve this condition by increasing our stock level.
Regarding shipping, we do hand the package to the shipping company in time. The problem is that the big shipping company like DHL, UPS, Fedex often run out of their shipping space these days especially in holiday season because of the rapid increasing international electronic commerce. We have to wait several days until the flight is to be scheduled. While waitting for flight, the shipping company can not provide any info about the package. That is why the shipping company told you that they have not gotten the package from us when you called them. Please kindly understand the shipping is out of our control after the package is handed to the shipping company. It does't make sense for Pandahall to hold customers' orders when goods are prepared, right?
Regarding complaints, we know complaint is unavoidable for online business. We are always trying our best to solve complaints in the way that is satisfactory to customers. But sometimes customers may have different views about the solution we put forward, since customers can not see the real products when shopping online, they may have different expectations and quality standard about our products. When such things happened, we suggest you return the issued items for a full refund.
