I order over six weeks ago. Still no delivery. I realize delivery we be slower with Covid 19 but I have received all my other packages in a timely matter. They should say order a size bigger because delivery takes so long. I will never order from Oat Pat again! So disappointed in this company.

Hi, I have ordered so many items because my granddaughter had grown out of everything. Unfortunately, it has been about six weeks since confirmation of my order and I still have not received anything. It's impossible to contact them, causing me a lot of stress, so I had to go out in this covid 19 situation and shop for other clothes. I am sure, if I eventually receive the items from this company, my grandchild would have grown out of them. I would not recommend using this company again.

When you see a website with a timer "24 hours until end of sale", and everything is so cheap, you should know it's a scam. Unfortunately, the pictures were so cute and the prices were so low, I got played like a fool. The clothes is made from cheap (and mostly polyester) material, and the sizes are all wrong. Everything is too big. I ordered clothes for my baby girl, sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-9 months, and the clothes I got is for 1-3 years old kid. It was an expensive lesson - never buy from web sites you never heard before. Also, they are doing amazing stuff with false reviews... Avoid!

Please do not order from here. I had ordered 4 items and it says delivered on 15th dec and i haven't received anything. I stay in Mumbai and it says delivered to ghaziabad. No one is helping me either get the order delivered to me or refund the amount.

Have tried contacting them but there's no response whatsoever.

I ordered my grandkids two Mickie Mouse jackets and I got a email stating my order was shipped a week late got another email stating my order was in Kaufman Texas after that said email I received another email stating my order was stuck in customs then a week later I received another email at 2am stating my order was canceled and I would be getting a refund. Never will I order from these websites they are not trustworthy

Undeniably have the cutest dress and wears specially for kids. I've been a fan of patpats product I have even an app and a level 4buyer until I realizes the price shown on checkout or before you put your card # is way higher like more than 35% higher! Your gonna be surprise when you hit submit order and notiff from card app kicks in! Better check other sites that have no price surprises

Would give 0 stars as well deserved. Reviews must be FAKE! I made an order over 6 weeks ago. Still has not arrived. It is shipped from China, supposedly has been in Georgia, USA for the last 10 days. One could put it on a pony and it's be here by now! I reside in Florida. Tracking they send you is all in Chinese. This is just another HUGE RIPOFF. Believe ALL REVIEWS OF THIS GARBAGE COMPANY you will NOT RECEIVE your order!

You find some nice things, but the sizing is just horrible. Be aware that you can't return the item until they approve the return
The customer service ws very helpful though and solved my problem, but i won't be purchasing from them again.

I do not recommend this website. The deliveries come from china, so not good quality at all, and most likely made by children or adults that must work in terrible conditions. I ordered my items in May, it is already mid July and I am still trying to get it. The delivery also got stuck in customs at the airport, I had to fill in a bunch of information that I did not have, and pay a lot to get to get it cross country.

I am terribly disappointed and I also did not have any help from the website customer service or live chat agents.

Do not buy from this website.

Never trust patpat company. The quality of their products are very poor and if you asked for your refund they never get back to. Before your purchase th customer service are very nice but after you purchase items and received their poor quality products and asking for refund they never get back to you or even reply your email. Never trust patpat.

I placed an order for clothes for my baby girl in the middle of April. It is now July 5th and nothing has arrived. The tracking has been the same since May 25 (waiting for pickup). Customer service is no help. They will not issue a refund. Terrible customer service. I would stay away!

The way they give you a refund is by store credit only and if there is a problem with an item you buy with your "refund" and need to do another return, they will deduct that amount from the current sale and refund you less than what you actually paid. They are THIEVES and their product don't last more than a few weeks plus their delivery takes FOREVER!

It's a good company definitely if you don't have tons of money to spend on maternity clothes! There much cheaper than in stores. Note: the clothes are not the best quality but that what you pay for

I placed an order over a month ago and have emailed 3 times. There first response was its held up in customs. Weird cause the package is in the same state I'm in. Next to emails I'm still waiting for a response. There's no customer service no items arriving. I really don't think this company cares about items reaching you there all about the money. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere. Everyone I know that shops here has now stopped. Waste of time and energy.

Sbe offered me a voucher to use on my next order. I use patpat often, it will come in use! The customer serivce is always friendly and helpful. They respond in a timely matter

This company and its customer service is PATHETIC! I had a HORRIBLE experience with them. I placed my order 5 weeks ago, still they did not send it. I have left the country now as I had to fly, and these pathetic people are telling me that they are not going to cancel or deliver my order on time, and forcing me to receive it even if I am not in the country! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE... YOU SHOULD BE BANNED FROM OPERATING FOREVER!

I ordered my cousin so. E cute baby clothes from this site over a month ago and still haven't received anything. The tracking # they gave me says its been in California for almost 2 weeks. I will NEVER use this site again!

I ordered a couple of items and they send me the wrong item. When contacted them they are keep on saying that investigation is going on. It seems like I lost my money. I sent almost 10 mails. No response from them. Don't trust this site any more. No more shopping with pat pat
