Google shopping for "leatherman charge plus tti" returns this as the cheapest. Purchasing one will provide you with a tracking number which does not specify the destination address. You can track it to your state, where it will show delivered, but not the address. I suspect they ship an empty box to an address in the same state you are in to try to convince the credit card company that they delivered the product to you.

Luckily I was able to get the credit card charge reversed.

Shortly afterwards, the site was parked and Google Shopping result has the same product and price at a different web front store.

PS: USPS Informed Delivery will track package deliveries to your address. I highly recommend signing up for it. FedEx and UPS have their own separate tracking methods.
