We didn't really know what to expect with a "biodegradable urn" but it is beautiful and nice enough to display at the Celebration of life for my Dad. The website was easy to negotiate and the shipping was very quick. I had made a phone call to customer service to ask about the timing to be sure we would have it on time and it arrived even ealier than we first expected and the customer service person was very nice and helpful. A very nice company. They do sell on Amazon as well but I opted to go directly thru the company itself. Thankyou Perfect Memorials...

We had to put our dog to forever sleep. We had taken him in by our elderly neighbor's request (he begged me to cause he wanted him to be with a young family). We had him cremated and planned to split his ashes in half to give half to our neighbor, his original owner, but he said all he wanted was a gold heart shaped necklace with a little bit of his ashes in it. The charm looks cheaply made. The chain is very thin. I got the engraving on the back and you can't see it unless you're in a certain angle of light. I ordered it with a velvet box and only received it in a printed box with the chain and charm separated in different baggies. It says it comes with a funnel (the one I have for my Dad from Amazon came with an actual small plastic funnel and a small scoop that looked like a measuring cup) but you have to make the funnel yourself out of paper they include a template for. The only good thing about my experience with it was the fast shipping. Still $150 wasted. I'm afraid of it falling apart so I refuse to use it.

I lost my father in October, my mother 7 years ago. My family decided we should lay them both to rest the same day. I ordered a crown vault double urn container. I paid for 2 day delivery. My order was placed on Sunday. The burial was set for Friday morning. I was supposed to have everything to the funeral home by Thursday morning. The urn was originally set for delivery for Tuesday, then it was out for delivery on Wednesday. It was not delivered Wednesday. It was then made a priority and was supposed to be delivered first delivery Thursday morning. I never got it until after 5 PM on Thursday when I contacted them, they told me they would refund the money back to the card. I explain to them that it was a prepaid card from the Red Cross because my house is just burnt down so it wouldn't reload to the card. I never got my refund for the two day shipping as it did not reload. I didn't get the container to the funeral home in time so I had to do that all myself, seal it and bring it to the burial. I know many things contributed to the late delivery. However, I feel I should've been refunded by check after telling them that the money would not reload to my card.

Taken back when I received this Urn. It is better than expected and came in record timing. Thank you

I recently purchased the black leather bracelet with the compartment for Mojo's ashes. The craftsmanship is excellent. It's a beautiful piece.
The engraving with her name and date is very elegant. The price was very reasonable and customer service is outstanding.

We purchased the urn for a close loved one recently, it was a hard time to say the least. Perfect Memorials product list had a lot of variety which made the decision a little overwhelming due to all of the beautiful products. We wound up choosing the Large Serene Angel Urn on a Sunday, and it was delivered in four days. The Urn is beautiful, and all the family was extremely pleased with the quality and design. My husband & I lost our 2 best friends about a year apart. The loss just seems to linger so I thought keeping their ashes closer would be helpful for my husband. Harley & Teddy loved riding in the car so now they ride shot gun with him from the rear view mirror. THE QUALITY WAS A HUGE SURPRISE! The weight and quality of the 2 charms are AMAZING! It was such a touching gift that we will enjoy forever.

I ordered the Large Deer Urn on Monday and received it on Saturday of the same week, so the speed of the service is outstanding as well. My 16 years old dog passed away and we were devastated. I stumbled onto this site to purchase a wooden photo pet urn. I am so happy with the finished product! The engraving is done so nicely and I love that there were so many options to pick from such as putting your pets photo in a heart or an oval. The wood is a great quality also. In 2020 I ordered a Bronze Air Force Urn as well as 2 matching dog tags for my Dad. All 3 items were Beautiful. I recently ordered the Pastel Urn for my Daughter. I wasn't disappointed! Absolutely Beautiful & Great Quality!

I'm very satisfied with the urn we chose for my cousin. Though I paid a little extra to have a copy of the wording before it was engraved, but it was worth it. I was very appreciative of them calling to make sure everything on the order was correct. I had numerous phone and email follow ups. I was even more impressed with the time I ordered to the time I receiving it, especially during this difficult time.

My only critic is, I would've liked to have my own option on the back engraving and not the ones provided.

Order was accidentally duplicated (on my end) but they resolved it quickly with no hassle. Arrived quickly and was better than we could have hoped. The final resting place for our beloved 10 year old lab is well made and gorgeous. Thank you so much.

The fact that my dad passed away on 2/19/20 still isn't real to me, i'm not sure how long it will feel this way but it hasn't changed.
Ordering this necklace gave me butterflies i was so excited. I'm so happy i get to hold him so close to my heart. (you have to let the glue dry for 24 hours so be prepared to not wear it for that following day) I hope to get the Large teddy bear urn in the near future. A big thank you to perfect memorials.

I purchased the large rotating urn that was silver with wood. This urn is a very good quality with polished wood and heavy silver. You are able to put six 4x6 pictures in it and inside it is velvet and cozy looking. The urn rotates very well and it looks beautiful. I would definitely purchase this item again.

We loved this Urn that we selected for our precious little family member. It was perfectly packaged, the instructions were ver clear in what you have to do. The engraving of the pace was exceptional. I purchased 4 filigree Tear pendants with chains 1 for me and 1 for my sister and 1 for each of my daughters when my Mother passed away.
