I visited your liquor store in Montana today and was informed about your special for black label whisky with glasses very professionally after I saw first your higher price without glasses. Frank even visited your main-store to get cola cans for me because they were not available in the liquor store. This was an exceptional service and I thought to bring it to your attention. On line shopping is always a risk of not receiving your chosen items. This week I spent over R2k to receive half an order.?Simple items like Bananas (see my attached list no stock!. A missing item was also reimbursed. Then I had to fight to ensure they amended the full payment with my bank. It was only done today. I shall never buy online from them again.

I ordered food from pnp asap bloemfontein. The driver claimed he gave me the food and he didn't. When I ask him he blocked me. I know it's supposed to show on the app when your food has been delivered but it's blank. So I just bought food for the driver. The management is not even helping me they are putting me on hold one of them even ended my calls he never got back to me
Picknpay ASAP BLOEMFONTEIN has the most horrible very bad service. I waited for 5hours for food to be delivered. ThePicknPay App is bad, you can't trace the Shopping, nothing it's so bad, always no drivers available, they not reliable be careful always check out your grocery also

I waited for more than 3 hours for my order. What's even annoying is, 20 minutes I received an invoice stating that my order is on the way but on the app they still wrapping it up. Called the store responsible for my order (Blue hills Midrand), had to call for about 4 times before my order could even make it to collection on the app. Please do better!
Your delivery service is pathetic as well as your Pnp asap call centre. I waited more than 3 hours for my order and when it was finally on it's way items was removed from my cart without allowing me the option to select an alternative. When I called the call centre to cancel my order as nothing in my cart was what I actually wanted I was held on the line for more than 1 hour. I am highly upset with your service.
I ordered at 16:20.12 Dec 2023. I have had 2 messages saying I was not available. It's never been collected. Now 18:13. They need to refund me. I will never use this service again.
Worst service ever! I made a purchase on the pnp asap app at 13:20 and now it's 16:00 and my order still hasn't arrived. The status is stuck on order received ever since! Estimated delivery time was 14:00 and now the time increases every 30 minutes. Now it says I must expect my order from at 16:30-17:00 for an order made at 13:20?
I called the customer services for over an hour and no one picked up. This is the worst service ever. I will never waste my time like this again. Kissed!
I Just bought groceries at pick and pay maponya mall now, paying at the side of small traullies, then paid a cashier gave the plastics to me to pack my groceries and fold hands couldn't call the next customer waiting for me to finish packing my groceries, what a stinking attitude on a cashier, the service just ruined my day

If I could rate it zero I would order items yesterday afternoon and still never recieve items better to use checkers 60 because there delivery is always on time never a time where you delivered on time I could not make supper because of your incompetence Call centre is useless you would end up wasting all your airtime before speaking to anymore No point emailing because of no response Can't cancel your order on the app Worst service ever

I could give 0 if I could! If it's not items constantly suddenly being out of stock after checkout and not being able to put alternatives it's them charging delivery for every order you have to place again when rectifying their mistakes and trying to order something else or it's having to wait for your order for hours with no communication with what's going on! The last straw for me was waiting for my order for 2hours when the nearest branch is like 5 minutes away only to call customer service and be told that my order was taken back to the store for whatever reason, while I was still waiting here but i was assured that a driver is being assigned and will have my order before the store closes, next thing I know I receive a "your order was cancelled" notification out of the blue! I want my money back and I'm deleting this time, money and energy wasting app! Rather save yourself from any frustration and opt for any other delivery app really or Checkers60 as I've never gone through such stress and uncertainty with them! PnP ASAP is such a circus, a costly circus at that, sies!

PnP offers very poor service when comes to delivery, it's either they are late or deliver wrong parcel then take forever to respond to your mail. I orders yesterday and they delivered wrong parcel, I sent it back and up until now haven't heard from then and no delivery has been made. Meaning I've to drive to lay a complaint by the store of which I paid delivery for my parcel but they just don't care. That's my very last time using PnP app. I'll try checkers at least they do not outsource their transporters. I'm annoyed
Order placing made very easy. They kept me fully updated on the progress and it was seamless. Well done, and the delivery man was very friendly and helpful

PNP ASAP is the worst app with the worst customer service, every time we order there is some sort of issue.
Sunday the 17th of March 2024 was the cherry on the cake.
We ordered some meat, 2L cold drinks and garlic bread on their app as I forgot to get it from the shop earlier, after we ordered they said the items were not in stock. (even though I saw it at the shop earlier that same day)
As annoyed as I was as this always happens we just let it go, they "refunded" us so we could just end up spending more money the next time we order.
When the delivery guy was close we got a notification and went outside, the driver drove straight past us racing, and as the app is not user friendly what so ever we had no way of telling him he drove past us, so we ran down the street trying to catch up to him.
He drove so fast that it was not possible to stop him so we simply waited for him to come back whilst tracking him on the app.
About 5 min later we saw he turned around heading back our direction, when we saw him coming down the street I told my wife to stand in the left lane and I'd stand in the right lane to get him to slow down and stop. (This was not even in our street so we had to walk all the way back home)
When he came to a stop he was very rude, and said he canceled the order we already paid for and said they will send someone else, needless to say I got upset and angry as my order was right there in his box on the bike and because he was being extremely rude, I had to block him from leaving and called the head office in Cape Town to resolve this matter.
They eventually told him to leave the stuff with us, and promised to call me tomorrow (Monday the 18th) which clearly did not happen.
So being annoyed we just took the stuff and went back home to enjoy our evening, only to see that the pork chops we ordered was R30 less then what we paid for, and head office said that just because something is in stock at the physical PNP store does not mean it is in stock for the PNP ASAP.
What a load of nonsense.
I will NOT recommend PNP ASAP at all, rather use Checkers 60/60, way better app, friendly drivers and fantastic customer support.
PNP ASAP lacks in all aspects compared to Checkers delivery app.
I am still waiting for feedback and my so called "refund"

They lie about what's in stock
The new versions of different classes that PNP determines we fall into, is by no means appreciated by the very core of the people who have raised PNP to the position they currently have. So, like most other regular PNP customers, I shall happily trod off to the Woolies store, which does not determine my value by their attitudes...
A die hard PNP fan for so many years... take the Quali Save version and do you know what with it...
Been a while that I wanted to thank P&P for excellent and friendly service and great house brand products. The past week, I've purchased some rusks and different soup packets from P&P brand. Taste home-made and quality is great! I've dumped Checkers for good and only buy from P&P. I am overall very happy.

I did online shopping for my 92 year old Mum who lives in a retirement home. There were some issues with processing. I tried the contact numbers for both international and online shopping and was unsuccessful. I then tried customer service who put me through the relevant person who finally helped me through the process. There were many snags such as many of the items were unavailable and delivery slots taken for up to 8 days. I was relieved that my elderly mother would receive groceries in 8 days. Thank You. I hate sending anyone to buy apples and bread for me but i took chances with pnp asap. The apples came fresh, sweet and crunchy... I will never be afraid to use it
My order was delivered short by Pick 'n Pay ASAP on 6th April '22 - Its now June...: x2 Butro 500g; x1 Tussers Cheese 800 g and Hot cross buns - missing from my delivery - although I was charged.
After literally 10 phone calls; 7 emails - I still don't have a refund.
What an absolute disgrace - by the way Pick 'n Pay we call this in layman's terms blatant THEFT!

First time in years I'm experiencing this! The driver called and said he cant find my address his returning my good to the store as they only paying him for a certain mileage, he marked the order as delivered I have paid and not received my goods, called the customer help desk said they will reschedule my delivery... my first call was at 10:02, nothing tried calling again 12:32 still nothing tried again 14:17 still nothing asked for a refund they didn't refund me or brought me my goods!
