I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience using QR Creator. Not only was I charged a hefty subscription fee of $29.95 for a service that I did not even subscribe to, but when I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with nothing but rudeness, confrontation, and disrespect.
I cannot stress enough how utterly unprofessional and unethical the behavior of the representatives was on all three occasions that I tried to contact them. Each time, I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor due to the unacceptable treatment I was receiving. And each time, I was denied this request and simply hung up on without any explanation.
It is evident that this company has no regard for its customers and their concerns. It seems like their policy is to scam people out of their hard-earned money and then dodge any form of accountability by refusing to transfer calls to higher-ups.
I urge everyone to be cautious of QR Creator's shady practices and consider it a major red flag. It is highly likely that they are running a scam operation and unfortunately, they have managed to deceive me into paying $29.95 before I could even realize it.
In conclusion, my experience with QR Creator has been nothing short of a nightmare. The subscription fee may seem small in comparison to other costs, but it's the principle that matters here. Their deceitful tactics and lack of proper customer service have left me feeling cheated and scammed. Save yourself from this headache and stay far away from this fraudulent website at all costs.
I paid.99c to try one, which i didn't even use. I checked my bank and they have been charging my account $29.95 for the past few months. I did not sign up for that. Total scam. I had to submit fraud on my account, cancel my card. Huge pain in the butt. Still waiting on refunds.
