I would just say that these guys carry the most evil business model to scam people by claiming to provide expert health advice 24 7. I did pay the initial 2$ for trial period. But as it wasn't really helpful i wanted to cancel the subscription. To my shock they charge me for the whole month without my knowledge or approval...
Refund will never happen they will keep on beating the bush that they refunded the money but wont give any details as to when and how. Moreover if you approach them via their chat option regularly they will simply block you. How sick a human can be seriously
