Ramjet generally enjoys a positive reputation, particularly for its reliable RAM products and responsive customer service, which many customers appreciate for their efficiency and knowledge. The quick delivery and ease of the purchasing process are frequently highlighted as strengths. However, concerns arise regarding the quality of upgraded Macs, with several customers reporting significant issues and inadequate support when problems occur. While the company is praised for its memory products, the inconsistency in service and product reliability, especially with refurbished items, suggests a need for improved customer support and quality assurance in their upgraded offerings.

This company sold software through Walmart that was not downloadable. When contacted through Walmart and their company email address, I have received nothing back. Buyer beware...
For my business software I will always use Ramjet. They call me about updates that I may need, offer great discounts on their products, and are extremely prompt on delivery of those products.
The checkout is fast, the order confirmation, download link and license emails all arrive quickly.
This is truly the place to shop for software. Easy, easy, easy.
Thank You
Ramjet's customer service representatives were extremely helpful in identifying my MacBook and directing me to the proper type of RAM. The memory is running smoothly, and the computer is much faster now. The best part is that I saved a lot of money versus buying the Apple upgrade. Highly recommended!
Ramjet has some of the best rams I have evr bought. There is a wide variety with different specs to fit any user. If you need ram than ramjet is a good place to purchase from. The one I bought was at an affordable price and it did nt take a longtime for it to be delivered. I look forward to buying more in the future.
First Ramjet is great for just RAM upgrade. But I bought a Mac Pro Tower supposedly a Mac Pro 5.1 and it didn't even startup. By the time i got a local shop to inspect it - they found the serial number was a for Mac Pro 4.1 and they couldn't make it into a 5.1 and told me I did not get what I ordered. So, i hav ea $2,499.00 paper weight

I used RAMJET products to upgrade my 2008 era Macbook Pro to have 6GB of memory as well as replace the hard drive with a 256GB SSD. In talking with them on the phone they picked up quick, no cumbersome automated answering system (direct to human), and they helped me pick the products quickly and efficiently.
As to the upgrade, what a difference! The 6GB helped but the SSD made the biggest difference. Most noticeable when booting the machine and then the actual login time. Even during regular use one can notice the difference. It's to the point where I will be delaying purchasing a new MacBook Pro as for every day use the laptop is plenty fast and responsive.
Overall great a experience and a year later no problems with any of the products. When my battery dies (current state Replace Soon) I will have no hesitations purchasing the battery from them.
The Ramjet customer service staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped me identify my MacBook Pro, and get me to the right type of RAM. The memory is humming along and the computer runs a lot faster now. The best part is that I saved quite a bit versus buying the upgrade from Apple. Highly recommended!
Answer: The upgraded Mac Pro 5.1 at $3200. Had Mac OS 9. 5. 0 on it when I got it November 2015, from Ramjet. I already had Windows 7 pro on a another disc, just swapped it over. Had problems.
