First time shopping with RealTruck. They had a rebate offer included on a product that I wanted so I went with them. The highlight of my experience was the people that helped me. From Gaby helping me place my order to the people at the RealTuck rebate center helping with my rebate they were all great and eager to help me. My number one criterion when doing business with any company is customer support and RealTuck nailed it.

I ordered over the phone. The customer service guy was very helpful. My floor liners look great. And fit like a glove!

After multiple YouTube views and reading other reviews, I finally gave in and had call the company to verify that the clamps would work with the factory installed track system in our 2024 Ford Maverick. Fortunately, someone in the sale corp also had the same track system and could confirm that it would work. The cover is installed and is working perfectly. Really like it.

Received my order for pickup bed mat and tailgate mat as well. Very disappointed on the quality. Tailgate mat looks like a 12 year old trimmed it. Edges were uneven and not square. Just sloppy workmanship. The screws that came with it were just bad. The heads snapped off and I predrilled the holes. The pickup bed cover fit decently, but there were gouges in the surface. I will be leaving this review online. Poor first showing.

I ordered the BAKFLIP MX4 for my 2023 Ford Maverick, RealTruck had the best price anywhere and I received the unit within a week, I am based in Orlando, FL area. I did have a small issue with my order, was missing a screw but when I called their customer service team, they shipped me a replacement parts kit to solve that issue. Very happy with RealTruck!

The website eluded towards being in stock to ship right away. When comparing with Husky's website that had a 3-4 week lead time I opted to use RealTruck. The order status says awaiting fulfillment a few days later, hopefully they make it by Christmas.

I just received an email with shipping confirmation, shortly after leaving the review so I am updating. RealTruck.com was quicker and cheaper than ordering directly from Husky.

The cover I purchased installed easily, fit perfectly and does everything as advertised. Reasonably priced, we'll see how it holds up long term but it appears to be well built. Purchased, shipped and received quickly and easily online. Would definitely recommend.

Thier return sucks, I will not be doing anymore business with them, I am told over the phone that they would send me return instructions, I got a email from them say they where not taking the part back, cause is was a special order, and they showed to have it in stock. Bad way of treating your customers

Easy to install with an absolute minimum amount of tools. Took about 45 minutes with a friend helping me. Good quality but did see a few metal areas that showed tool marks that should have been filed smooth.

Happy X3! Got the wrong stuff from "someone else" - then they had no support anymore. Not too happy, I started a new search, found what I though was correct here, but I thought so last time too! But, I decided to "Chat with an Expert", and dang I got one! Wonderful lady guided me through my choice, assured me it was - but if it wasn't, and she placed the order for me - no problem return.
So I did. And it came about a week sooner than expected, is already installed, works great. I've shopped here before, great each time. Sometimes; "free shipping" isn't worth it!

CSR was very helpful, answered all questions and helped me navigate purchase as I wanted to split my payment between 2 credit cards.
After reviewing running boards for a couple weeks back in November, I finally chose Ionic 41 boards for both price and what appeared to be quality. When I decided to order I found out they were out of stock. I have repeatedly checked weekly hoping to purchase but still not in stock. Finally decided on the Steelcraft Boards but now costing me about $70 more. Not all your issue but made for a frustrating experience.

A simple phone call with a knowledgeable sales representative resulted in a superior product delivered in a timely manner. I answered a couple questions about my pick up and was informed when my tonneau cover would ship, from where and given a time frame for arrival. Everything went without a hitch. Can't ask for more than that.

Ordered fender bolts and fender tape after a few weeks of radio silence i called, they had no clue why items didnt arrive yet. In the past RT has been great and they are great at answering phone and dialog etc but in this case i have not got what i bought and after reporting it they say they will look into it and message the seller, well i thought RT was the seller. More days later i get emails saying they will now start investigation etc. just send my items please thanks

Customer service was able to send confirmation of my purchase to my e-mail immediately. My top came 1 day early the salesman followed thru on promise. Most deliveries are usually later than expected now a days. Had some other issues but minor.

I spent about an hour on the phone with the sales guy. He was great. Got me everything i was looking for. All items were delivered as expected. One item that was supposed to be here in 10 days made it in 4. Very nice doing business with them.

We ordered a set of rims for our customer that said in stock and fit your dodge ram.Well two weeks later still no tracking so we called to find out that they said we should be getting our rims around xmas time that's a total of almost 3 months that unacceptable they should tell you that when ordering not happy and won't use again for my customers take what they do out on me cause i can't give them a good explanation

Based upon instructions I had read, I was concerned that installing a tonneau cover on my new Honda would involve cutting parts of the bed. I explained this via chat. The rep asked where I had seen this. I forwarded a link. After the rep read the instructions I sent, she forwarded to me a link to a video that showed how to install two different brands that did not require any cutting. I was impressed by the interest this rep showed and her knowledge. We decided to buy the cover a few hours later.
