I had a special request which I emailed Redpost Equestrian as it was coming up to my ponies birthday and I had ordered his gift with lots of other bits and bobs and Eve made sure that I received my order on the day of my boys birthday so he could enjoy his treat! I appreciated it so much and have already placed a second order which arrived very prompt! I would highly recommend Redpost Equestrian as they have the best customer service, great products at competitive prices!

A fab coat and great service as wrong label on 1st coat, so it was wrong size. But return was easy and correct size sent quickly back.

Even though the item was displayed as available on your website, it was indeed out of stock- bit I was contacted immediately to advise and offer an alternative at a discount. I had wanted the original item, and added all the other items to make up to free delivery level. But I'm more than happy with the customer service and prices!! And swift delivery, not hampered by original item being out of stick. Thank you. I will use you again and recommend!! My sister recommended you, after buying birthdays gifts for me from you !!

this is my first time shopping with Redpost Equestrian. I am from Australia, I would definitely purchase more breeches if I was to know the rise of the breeches as it is not mentioned against each product. other than that. very good website easy to navigate around. congratulations to the owners

Fast and speedy delivery, products were fairly priced if not cheaper! I bought a girth that turned out to be slightly too small and needed to return it, their offer for a free item exchange was perfect and their returns/exchange form was so simple to fill out. An Email came through with in a couple of days from posting my parcel that my new item is ready to be sent out! Really good company!!

Product easily found, at competitive price and was despatched promptly, Have used Redpost previously and will continue to use for my equestrian purchases

Very easy website and ordering was straight forward. Delivery very quick. I rang customer services as needed to exchange rug for the next size.Very helpful and explained exchange process, which turned out to be very easy and free (1 per order). Lady also put next size aside for me to send out once smaller rug received back. Haven't received new size yet but so far very happy with the service.

I usually buy this item from Amazon then found it was cheaper here even with the postage added on. Very good service

Your in house service staff were very helpful and your online store was easy to navigate. Dispatched and received much faster than originally expected. You are my first port of call for good quality and value for money equestrian products. I like the fact that I can use my points balance (no matter how small) to discount any product in my shopping basket. Other stores should follow your reward scheme and ability to redeem without a preset quota. Thanks!

Bought my daughter her first riding jacket to find on arrival the bottom of the coat wasn't attached to the seam in 3 places! Very unhappy with product

I had a fantastic shopping experience with Redpost Equestrian. The items I ordered were in excellent condition and well packaged. Delivery was very quick. My order qualified for free delivery but I chose to pay £1 to upgrade to faster delivery- my order arrived two days later. I needed to return one of the items so I contacted Redpost and received a friendly and helpful reply. They processed my refund the day after receiving my return- much faster than any other online retailer. I will definitely be ordering with Redpost again.

Wanted 2 bits and would not then have had to pay postage but website would not let me change it if you can

It took over two weeks till I recieved the package to Japan.(Maybe because of Covid-19?)
I am very happy with the price and service,so I will use this store and recommend to friends unless we're not in hurry.

After being let down with delivery for the 2nd Christmas running by another online equestrian supply outlet, I was most pleasantly surprised to not only find the same goods at a cheaper price on your site, but to have them delivered promptly too. Excellent service all round. Couldn't be happier and will definitely shop with you again.

I was slightly disconcerted to be asked for feedback before the product (a rug) arrived! However, the website had indicated that a delivery from the warehouse would take longer to arrive than from the shop and it was worth the wait to get exactly the right product. The rug itself is now on the pony, is exactly as described, fits perfectly and was competitively priced.

Your delivery was quick. The product (a 14" Bucas Recuptex dog rug) was lighter in weight than the previous Bucas Freedom dog rugs. But my friend tells me her old Jack Russell is as warm as toast in it. She is in Alberta, Canada (postage there was very slow!)

The actual service and delivery from redpostequestrian was excellent. The product, a spray to clear a wasps nest, which is no reflection on redpostequestrian as it is a proprietary product, does not seem to work. Two sprays and the wasps still seem to be returning undeterred.
