“Unprofessional And Amateurish”

This company has been a nightmare.Bought ipad 5, they sent cheap iPhone charger. Now putting me through hell.to sort it all out

Tip for consumers:
They have a recorder of my correct order but stalling payment and continuously asking for further evidence when it is their fault in the first place

Products used:
Did not receive iPad 5 as ordered and paid for. Sent cheap iPhone charger cable instead.
