Rent Spree site allowed the emails of the hidden responses to be sent to my email. I love this because it gives me a window to see if I should really get the membership or keep on looking!
When you have an issue, be prepared to hear, "I'm sorry" several times, but no resolution. In fact, they will keep you on hold for 10 or so minutes and then hang up on you. And when you call back, you're back in On-Hold Hell for some time until a new agent comes on. What you can expect is that when rent goes well, you will get paid. But when your tenant has an issue with their bank you will have a super hard time getting paid. If your experience is like mine, money will be deposited into your account and THEN REMOVED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. And when the tenant fixes the problem and pays again, your money will be held indefinitely. Be prepared to keep a good reserve in your account so that you aren't paying NSF fees after RentSpree removes money from your account. So far I have been waiting 4 days for the repayment to clear.

I'm new to RentSpree however thus far it has been amazing. I've received information back much faster than I anticipated. I love the ability to send the link through multiple options. Only downside is if you request multiple things from the potential tenant then you can't see any of it until they complete it all. Just something to keep in mind when sending out things for them to complete

My grandmother has lost her old house. It was so old that it was destroyed my the element. Fortunately, she was our of her home and everything is cool wit her. She stayed with my family now and I decided to help her to rent an apartment until we gain some money and help her too build new house. I applied to this company because it seemed to me that it suits best. I explored all the conditions provided by this company and agreed on this conditions. They found an apartment within a week and my grandmother has already moved there. She is very happy, I guess it's the best that we could offer her.

Created account as landlord to collect my rent payments. First they verified my details, my bank details, all are fine. My tenant paid first month rent, than the pain started. Even after 10 days, it never got transferred. They will tell you status only when you call, even if there is an issue. Try to not to use this platform. Better to be away from them.

I am a landlord with 100's of tenants. I tried to use rent spree to collect rents. It was a total disaster. LANDLORDS…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO COLLECT RENTS!
THEY WERE SO UNHELPFUL TRYING TO SOLVE ANY ISSUES AND I AM STILL FEELING THE REPERCUSSIONS. LANDLORDS...I REPEAT... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO COLLECT YOUR RENTS. TOTALLY UNORGANIZED AND A DISASTER.

A lot of info is inaccurate, but it still was helpful a way. I don't think I will use them again, there are better services on the market.

I was supposed to have a free submission if within 30 days. I had to pay and re-enter all my information a 2nd time. I doubt I will use you again if I don't have to.
The interface is easy to use but the follow up fields should be generated based on previous responses

I was very impressed with the service from this group. The report was detailed and excellent, and I especially like the fact that the same report that was generated for me was also downloadable by the tenant. They can potentially use that for a rental application somewhere else in lieu of a fee. Overall the data they provided and the format in which they provided it were just awesome.
I will definitely recommend this service to others.
The information is not correct and it is causing me issues finding a home. It shows 3 evictions three months in a row from same place. I have never been evicted. I had to file with court

Rentspree uses Transunion to verify people's info, BUT IT IS CONSISTENTLY EXTREMELY INACCURATE! Transunion, Equifax, and Experian are constantly combining SSN which is ridiculous, because a person only gets one, they never update people's addresses or work history AND THEY HAVE ALL HAD MASSIVE SECURITY BREACHES SPREADING PEOPLE'S INFORMATION ACROSS THE INTERNET! If you own a business or you're a landlord, there are much easier/accurate/quick ways to vet a potential renter.
I just realized Rentpee is Transunion Smartmove; Transunion just made a cheaper version of itself to compete with itself. Otherwise, why would Transunion Smartmove partner with RentSpree when they are sort of competitors? Same company.

Clear, short steps. No extraneous questions and was never painfully tedious. Appreciate the option to negate certain required elements ie email and phone numbers.
