I am writing this review because Repair Clinic customer service will not respond to me. Apparently they have no idea what customer service means, nor any interest in improving performance. I ordered a gas stove replacement burner - the exact same burner that failed 3 years ago. Not only did Repair Clinic raise the price nearly 60% ($77 to $102), but the casting was not threaded for the 4 mounting screws, and they did not include any screws!
I am a retired Mechanical Engineer with 40 years experience in design, construction, and factory maintenance and at 74 have no patience for poor customer service.

They are my lifesavers whenever I need a part. High-quality products. Professional online customer service. I had a problem with my order only once, but I was able to easily cancel my order and get a refund. Truly a great experience.

Before ordering a part itll say delievry in 2-3 days. You order and then it tells you its not expected for 4 months. Then I have to waste my time calling customer service on hold. They dont make it obvious its on back order at all.

This is a super shady business practice and I guarantee they're doing it on purpose. There are A LOT Of bad reviews about them as well...Do yourself a favor, order from a different site. The chances you have a good experience with Repair Clinic are extremely low.

This company doesn't care about their customer at all. They just care about making money. I got my order late and some items were missing so I called their customer hotline. But the person I talked to was very unhelpful and unapologetic making the situation look like it was my fault. He was very rude. I'm never going to buy from them ever again.
