This is our third purchase from Rugs USA. We cannot say how much we love their products. There are styles for all tastes, they're easy to clean and durable! Ours have lasted with two large dogs and very young boys!
I reviewed their return policy before I started my refund and then when I actually got ready to return it they added an additional fee. My return amount ended up being almost half of what I paid for the rug when all was said and done. Be careful.
So many rugs to choose from but found the 1 I liked!
I had not heard of Rugs.com until I was in need of lamps for my bedroom. A fire in my home left me with only the clothes I escaped in. I was able to secure a short term rental but literally had nothing to fill it with except an air mattress. I began searching for lamps and came upon Rugs.com. They had a lovely pair of lamps in the color and size I wanted. They arrived within a day or so after the order was placed. They were exactly as pictured. I get compliments on them all the time. I kept going back to the site to look for a simple rug for the living room. I couldn't believe I found a 4x6 hang knotted wool rug from India on sale for $40. I definitely recommend Rugs.com for anyone who wants quality home furnishings at a reasonable price.

Overall a great shopping experience. It's a little wonky using a cell phone, but nothing that would cause me to leave the site.

Love my rug! The colors are beautiful (just as shown) and the delivery was wayyy quicker than expected. It was here in less than a week and with all the shipping issues going on now, I really thought it would be at least two weeks.
A few people on a facebook page (that I follow) said they had been happy with their purchases.
The size and colors were right for my room
The only thing that would make it better was a option to set a price range. Oh, and maybe some mid-priced rugs ($200 range).

Love this site! Always can find high quality rugs for reasonable prices! And I love all the photos of the rugs, especially the one that shows the ruler measuring the rug pile height (genius) and the "view in your space" option.
Every rug I’ve purchased has been great quality.
Lots of inventory to choose from. Fast shipping. They were quick to answer any questions I had and followed through with any issues.

I purchased a runner and area rug. I love it! They cane in 2 separate deliveries which at first was concerning. But it worked out great. LOVE IT

Experience was great, unfortunately I had to return the rug because the thickness prevented me from being able to open our front doors!
It looks perfect! It is so soft and very comfortable with that padding underneath. An extra Bonus is that you can throw it right in the washing machine!

I have ordered from rugs usa several times, and have been very pleased. The ordering process is easy.
This time I did not receive the rug I ordered. I was away from home when the rug arrived so my husband thought he would surprise me by removing all of our furniture and laying the new rug down, then replacing the furnishings... a big undertaking. (He did not know what rug I ordered and trusted that what arrived was my choice.) By the time I saw the rug, it had been walked on by family and pets for quite a while so I did not attempt to return it since we had "used" it.
The wrong rug is good quality as always. The prices are always competitive and fair.
I ordered a tropical looking sisal/rattan rug for an Asian inspired room. What I received was a checkerboard rug. These two looks do NOT combine.

Shopping for a rug is always hard for me, but, it seemed easier this time with all the different pics they posted of the rugs. Plus, all the info & descriptions they use made it a lot easier

Selection is great! Rugs are well organized and easy to shop using the filters. The rug isn't the quality I expected. There are many loose fibers popping out of the weave.

I am so sorry that you weren't happy with your rug. I have reviewed your order and I don't see that any additional fee was added to your return. The only fee that was deducted from your return was the return shipping fee.
The cost to return is based on the item you are returning. Your return cost will be displayed when you process your return and will be deducted directly from your refund amount.
