Ryobi-toolset

This website came up as the first choice when I searched Ryobi for the availability of a new Ryobi tool. It looked legit and offered a great deal on Ryobi tools. To make this as short as possible, the 3/orders were channeled through 3 different email addresses none of which were Ryobi or the name of the website. I placed one order direct through my credit card and two through PAYPAL. I recognized that there we something wrong with the way the orders were processed and canceled my Visa Costco card and requested the orders be canceled with no response. I was provided 3 different tracking numbers 2 USPS and one UPS. All 3 were pirated from legit numbers in my Zip code but none of the 3 were to me or my address. At this point PAyPal reversed the 2 charges to my account to my credit card. The website was marked as a known phishing site. The third transaction I reported to my credit card but the support person listed the transaction as fraudulent instead of as a scam and Visa refuses to reverse the charges because of this. This third transaction performed the following: used a scam Ryobi website, sent a fake tracking number, sent a fake PayPal transaction record, never delivered the product, and has refused to respond to my emails. Despite this, Visa refuses to reverse this charge. It was happily only $79, but remember that Visa is an active partner in this scam by their unwillingness to correct this fraud despite having all this proof. If I had used PayPal I would not have lost this money. What makes it worse is that my Visa card is also my PayPal payment method. I will be willing to show documentation to anyone interested. The photos submitted are the fake PayPal transaction that do not actually show on my PayPal account. The transaction numbers do not show on PayPal as a transaction. I also have documentation from UPS that the tracking number did not go to my name or address.
