This goes out to anyone making electronics these days. We are now at the mercy of young people that have no pity for us old folks who just can't keep up with complicated tv's, phones, computers, and even online shopping. Here we are, the one's who have the disposable income to buy all of your crappy $#*! and what do you do?, you create everything so that we just end up sending it all back because it is to hard to figure out how to use it. I have got in the habit of keeping the old ones when I buy a new one, and it is amazing how often I am glad I did it. Thankfully the places I buy my food online are still interested in my money. The other thing is when a company promises to help you they want to charge you for their help, it is like getting scammed, they ask you a few automated questions and then want to transfer you to someone that will help but for $2 a minute!
