I've tried some other perfume subscription boxes and prefer Scentbird. They don't have as many niche perfumes as I'd like, and hopefully, that changes. The overall experience is the best due to the aesthetics, packaging, and the little details like the labels; even the samples outside the case look nice when displayed in a glass container. You can tell that everything was thought out. All the perfumes I've received have smelled good; some smelled "off" from other companies. I guess my only request is more niche or even borderline perfumes, which is why I'm giving it four stars.

My subscription was supposed to be $7.99 a month or something like that, when I look at my bank statement they've been charging over $18 for months. And this last time I didn't even receive my order. The perfumes are nice but it's not worth it if you don't want to get scammed

You won't be getting charged what you think you will, it'll tell you that you have giveaways for friends and when they go to get it it'll try to make them pay, no one will respond if you don't get your product and no one is accountable for charging you twice the amount you agreed to.

I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Scentbird. They are the first subscription company I can say that about. Even when I had a negative reaction to a product, they did their best to make sure I was happy; replacing the product with something else from my queue with no questions asked. Then reached out via email to check in. I just can't speak highly enough of this company.

This is a nice perfume subscription at a good price. I like the selection of colognes and perfumes. I've only selected ones that are within the price range of the subscription for one scent per month. The scent below is not a favorite but there are plenty more to choose from.
I had a subscription to Scentbird for 4 months, but wanted to cancel. Trying to cancel through the app takes you to a page that asks you to give the reason for the cancellation, but the page never fully loads making it impossible to complete the cancellation. Using their "Contact Us" link just takes you around in circles. There is no customer service phone number to call. The only number I did find was answered with an automated message stating there is no customer service via phone. Eventually I had to go through my third-party payment program and have them cancel the recurring payments. Sure, it was a fun little package to get every month with perfumes I would probably never have tried, but absolutely not worth signing up for given the difficulty to connect with customer service or cancel the subscription.
My first order was $28 with the conversion from USD to CAD. I thought ok, a little pricey but not too bad. My second order was $47! Their excuse was BS! If you are Canadian, it is so not worth the price! A total waste of money! I rate this App 0 Stars but you have to give it at least a 1 star to post your review. 2 thumbs down 👎🏾
I have literally been trying for almost 6 months to cancel this freaking account I canceled it because I don't like their products they give me a headache the following month they still charged me the only thing that I can do was pause it and I've been going back and forth with email with them and apparently I didn't say cancel the subscription enough times that they reenacted the subscription and charged me again stay away do not mess with them

I subscribed to the monthly perfume membership and also purchased a sample of a fragrance at the same time. During checkout the shipping said free. I checked out completely and received an email receipt. Then 5 mins later I get another email receipt saying they added $6 for shipping of the tiny perfume vial sample I got. This is ILLEGAL. I completely checked out and doing so, agreed to the price that showed during checkout. They can't just add money to the already agreed upon price afterwards. I'm filing a fraud complaint on them with my bank.

The colognes used to have okay selection now it's just colognes they've gotten for cheap and are marking up. It's also almost impossible to cancel I tried cancelling before my renewal but I was still charged because their customer support couldn't check messages until it was in the "one day" processing step. This is bs as I contacted before and abided by their rules. Borderline illegal activities from their deceptive practices.

I pay a bimonthly fee to receive bimonthly fragrances. I have been doing this for months and have yet to receive ANY perfumes or scents. Absolute sham of a company. With I could get my money back but even after contacting an associate I cannot get anything sent to me, no money back, AND I can't cancel my subscription. Worst thing I have ever spent money on hands down.
Just like the tin says. They deliver what they say. Products are nice, though your mileage may vary. They are scents, after all, so it's a process of refining what you like and do not like. One minor complaint is that they sometimes forget to include the little info card telling you about the scent. Rest is pretty positive, though.

Don't get me wrong, I love my subscription to scentbird. However I feel like they are greedy. I get perfumes can be expensive, but a perfume vial of lower end makers (I don't mean that in a bad way) is pricey. I can literally add a few more dollars to what I pay and go buy a way bigger bottle. Then on top of that to have a designer name brand sample u have to add extra money to get it which makes the already costly price not even worth it. If I was in their marketing, I'd work a deal with the fragrance companies to get them to give us a hell of a discount since we r promoting their products and potentially upping their business sales, while being able to send our customers a better sample variety while also making our own company a profit. Sometimes u make more by asking for less. Just sayin.

I love the concept of a monthly subscription and they have a good algorithm to help select fragrances. My issue is that the shipping takes a fair amount of time and my November fragrance was delivered on the 4th of December. I also wish they had more designer brands to chose from. Overall it's good and "almost there" to be awesome.
There are no cancel button on the website. They tell you to call them customer service team, but once you click on the link, it just link you to the same page. What a joke!? I have to report lost credit card to cancel this $#*!! Never buy this product. They said you can cancel ANYTIME FXXKING TIME! What?! Yea, if you can reach them. It is a fxxking joke.

I tried to cancel my subscription via their website and had to wait for their response. Time went on and I forgot about it until I got charged again, so I checked my email to see if I got a response but I NEVER got a response back from them! I had to search on Reddit on how to cancel scentbird and they have a hidden URL that takes you straight to the cancellation option on the website! Terrible business practice!

Shipping service takes too long. The product is too small for the price paid and most did not seem strong enough or the same. Confusing ways to cancel service just to annoy it's customers and that alone is not going to keep them. Better.off buying a sample off a marketplace or goto store to smell the original.

I subscribed to Scentbird as part of a gift I was awarded for some volunteer hours. The first 'free' delivery cost me $7.31.
I tried numerous times to cancel the subscription thereafter with no replies.
Finally, Scentbird customer service confirmed the cancelation on the day after a second shipment was deployed. No returns. No refunds on merchandise that's already delivered. I would not recommend this company to any one, ever. My 1 star rating is being generous.
I'm pretty satisfied with the sent bird website and the subscription plaything is that I think that they can probably make do with a little bigger vials for their scent when they send them out it's kind of difficult to make them two scents last for the entire month before getting a new one. But other than that I would like them to sell full bottles of certain fragrances that I don't see on the website

This is a great way to build a nice array of perfumes. I receive two each month. There is a vast array of scent styles available. My only dislike is that they send you one, really awful looking case. Gray plasticy thing. You can only purchase a different one at a high cost. To me, one should be given each month in a seasonal color. They charge a lot for these cases! It's just a cheap, plastic cylinder which would cost.50 cents to make. Because the scent vials have a unique shape you can only buy from Scentbird. Almost a deal breaker for me. It's hard at first to get the hang of spraying the perfume. I recommend Scentbird to friends and have given gifts that were well received.
