I found your website efficient, professional & exciting, but I left,because I didn't feel the talk time I got for my £14.99 was anywhere near sufficient, or value for money, in time span! Thank you though, it was an experience although short lived! My apologies, to those ladies,I didn't follow up with,but if I come into sufficient funds,I'll be back, unfortunately my pay,commitments,utility bills, won't allow me that rapid expense. I'll date the old fashioned way. God Bless all & happy easter.

Instead you cancelled both and only refunded me for the upgrade. I followed up multiple times with this information. But the issue hasn't been fixed. Please reinstate my Holed membership or refund me. Dealing with you guys has been a nightmare.

I cannot look into my old canceled account for 2 reasons: 1) I think as of January 1st I'm no longer allowed into it since I canceled. 2) even if I could I have no idea what my username and password was in order to see how much money was in my account from customers. I know I had somewhere between. $24-$30 in there that I couldn't take out because it was below your minimum but now that I e canceled I've been trying to find out where that money is but no one seems to know.
Horrible. Way to many extra steps to cancel an active subscription and was charged for one I didn't create. No idea if it's being fixed. This whole charge network is a scam. Please remove everything my accounts.

You should be able to change my subscription within 6 hours of not realizing I. Hit the wrong button. Nympho is swallowed basically so I just wasted my money. You shouldn't represent these companies that don't have proper procedure.

Mais vous avez réagi aussitôt suite à ma réclamation et je vous en remercie.
Ce qui me déplaît c'est que la personne a réglé sur un site (j'ai voulu savoir ce que c'était mais n'ai pas ouvert ce site évidemment) que je ne fréquente pas et qui est malsain.

I am getting charged monthly for service I don't have and feel it's strange you want credit card info to stop transactions. This is Fraud
The deduction made was not clear to me because of a very obscure description that did not ring any bells. Provided with code and invoice number it was switly cleared up. Posting a review through the other link I got proved impossible, cannot use my postal code and phone number, probably because some idiot doesn't understand the global economy and international codes and phone number.

Das Segpay die Frechheit besitzt mich um eine Bewertung zu bitten, schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus. Trotz mehrmaliger E Mails hält es dieses Unternehmen meine Bitten um Aufklärung anscheinend für Absolut unnötig. In meinem ganzen Leben habe ich nie bei irgendeinem anderen Unternehmen so einen miesen Kundenservice erlebt wie bei Segpay.

Very fast response to my request to cancel a recurring membership, the customer service representative kept me updated and delivered a complete solution in a far shorter timeframe than I was expecting, so Segpay... you have exceeded my expectations with excellent service.

Festgestellte Rückzahlungsverpflichtungen musssten erst eigens eingefordert werden, dabei ist immernoch mit einer Flut überflüssiger e-mails zu kämpfen. Und die zweite Bewertung, oder schon die dritte?
Zunächst wurde etwas grundlos, jedenfalls unerklärt abgebucht. Dann verwendete ich den Begriff "Stornierung" von ihnen, um sicher nur ein Jahr zahlen zu müssen (die Ware war nicht befriedigend).
Die folgende Kommunikation bekam ich teils nur auf Englisch, was ich nur ungefähr verstehe.
Dann kamen Fragen, die längst geklärt waren, ich musste dann auch noch mehrmals intervenieren, um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Das hat letztendlich nach langem, wirren Gezeter geklappt.
I'm dissapointed in the service because when I pay to view specific genders or countries the site can't provide me with specifically what I want it has to revert to another option like their isn't enough of what I'm choosing in the first place. Like when I pay so I can view women I expect women no men but I end up getting men in the womens filter. And the wait times and the constant skipping its disatisfying to spend so much time on here regretting spending money on it
