Once the contract was signed, I was contacted by a closer, Mitch Portz, who explained next steps and how to get out of the contract if we ever wanted to. When I first considered selling my home, I was very concerned that it would be a very complicated process. At 70 years of age I really did not relish the idea of being homeless. I spoke with Cataryna Draper regarding the sort of offer I might receive for my home and the process of the transaction. Swift homes went all the way with an offer an inspection a revision offer with a closing contract and left it at a few days before closing. Entered the household and will not answer calls.
All these reviews are fake from their own agents, bad business practice you would be upset and I have it all in writing.

They gave me a great offer on my home, which is only five years old. At first getting in touch with someone to discuss my offer was very difficult. My orignial Home consultant Tyler Ridino was not responses for several weeks. However, they gave my account over to Azariel Vargas who was very helpful and answer all my question. I have sign purchase agreement and now waiting for the home inspector stage.

Cataryna, has been very helpful working with me. I have had to be in the hospital for tests and she has been very patient in this process.
